Although the ordering and shipping went great. The only problem I have is that the round house bib overalls are not Made in the USA. I guess to Get the made in USA ones you have to go directly to round house.
I think the dungarees are brilliant quality (for a very reasonable price) and are exactly what I’ve been searching for. I bought a size up, not knowing the brand and the fit is loose and exactly how I would want to wear them. I’m super happy with my purchase (especially at the sale price 🤩)
Really quick dispatch, product was good but I bought the wrong size and boss (wife) said they didn't suit me and not to get any at all. Returned and refunded within 24 hrs of them receiving dungarees back. Good easy company to interact with.
Lovely skirt,well made but not quite for me.Refund still pending after a week so not happy about that.Awaiting a reply.!! Its an issue with Paypal not company.
I recently discovered this company on a search for a maxi denim skirt. Found one half price in the sale in my size. Ordered but somebody else must have ordered the last one at the same time so my money was returned.
I ordered another full price skirt - gorgeous and at the same time noticed the original skirt was advertised again. Emailed the company and it had been returned. They reserved it for me and sent it express by Royal Mail for free!
I now have two fabulous, beautifully made and packaged maxi skirts in two different designs

Order dispatched promptly with order confirmation then dispatch confirmation with tracking. Customer service quick to respond to a query regarding courier. Very helpful. Goods received and totally happy with all. 3 pairs of dungarees and a denim skirt.

Seller was recommended but first purchase was a huge disappointment. "Our system has an error, we don't have it your size". Please, get your technology and supply chain act together.
Then I was offered a size either side. I'm not a 12, I'm not a 16. Don't try to fob me off with something I know won't fit or a style I didn't like. Man up and offer me a refund or credit - these are hard times and £47 for a skirt is a big deal.
I had a very minor issue with the skirt I ordered and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received, which was well beyond my expections. I have subsequently purchased another skirt which I'm also really pleased with, prompt delivery and good quality and fit, I will definitely be purchasing again.
Items were not too great of quality, sizes were not consistent. Will not be ordering again unfortunately.
Fast and friendly service and good value for money. One of my items I ordered wasn't in stock but I was contacted immediately with an offer of a refund or different size. The refund came through straight away. Very satisfied with the customer service and quality of product.
