Yet another expensive online lesson: just because jewelry looks beautiful and costs a lot doesn’t mean it’s made with quality. How Dueros has stayed in business this long makes me think the old saying is true — a sucker really is born every day.

From the moment I received my two necklaces, the chains broke again and again. I treated them with extreme care — only worn on special occasions, never slept in, never exposed to water or chemicals. Still, they snapped constantly. My jeweler finally told me the truth: the chains are cheap and weak, which explains why I’ve spent over $100 repairing them more than a dozen times.

Hoping the brand had improved over the years, I reached out and asked for replacements. Instead, I got a canned response with jewelry “care tips,” as though the problem were mine and not their flimsy craftsmanship. No accountability. No resolution. As a Barcelona based operation would say - ¡Nada!

Bottom line? Dueros cares more about making a quick buck than about quality, reputation, or customer loyalty. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Very lacklustre customer service

Very lacklustre customer service. Item still bot delivered after 10 days "on way" ordered nearly 2 weeks ago. First necklace broke, ordered as a replacement in the attempt to create loyalty to the brand - never an apology fro the broken item or any enquiry. The item itself i liked but doesnt look lile the replacement is arriving and responses from the company are sparodic - no telephone number either- always a concern.

Dueros NOT DELIVERING ORDER

My partner ordered items. They did not send all the items and this was the second time we had issues. They also send things as samples so to return something is impossible. My partner ordered 4 items which was over 400 pounds and only 1 item came and that to was in silver. This is unacceptable service and theft!

Give these a wide berth

I bought a bracelet from Dueros. I paid £60. Arrived in a timely fashion but after one wear of an hour the Dueros 925 Silver tag had fallen off. Within a few days of wearing the cord had started to fray away. I contacted the company via social media yet had no responses.

I made an order on May 9 and still not receiving an update of it on June 6.

I made an order on May 9, 2021 and received the order’s confirmation plus they charged it completely from my credit card. The shipping rules said that it takes 18-20 days. Today is June 6 and I don’t even received an update of my order. I wrote plenty of emails and through their DM on Instagram and they don’t respond me. The tracking number says the same since I made the purchase. I really want to know what is happening with my order or received a refund of my £292 I spend. It’s supposed to be for a birthday present on June 12 and now I don’t have any gift for the person. I really want to know what is happening with my order because I am worry to loose my money.

Can I please have a respond? I will not definitively recommend this store to anyone if I still not receive an update of my order. I’m tired of wait. Thank you.

I place my order D10275 on April the…

I place my order D10275 on April the 2nd and got an update on the 14th that my item was shipped. I’m writing this review on April the 30th and so far I haven’t got any other info about my item. I bought this necklace for a birthday present and did it ahead of time because I need it for May the 7th. Have been emailing Dueros to get info about my purchased and haven’t got any response from them. Where is my package? Is there any update on the shipping? Is there any phone number to contact the company?

Is dueros.com a scam?

UPDATE. I placed an order for 186.90 euro on April 7th. My credit card was charged the full amount. After the latest update below from Dueros I checked with my bank and was informed that the charge was cancelled by my bank 72 hours later because the charge was not claimed by Dueros.

I don't understand why I was not contacted directly by Dueros after I initially sent all of the details of the transaction to the "order" email address in dueros.com to solve this situation some way.

So, I was not able to place the order I wanted through the dueros.com website. I guess I'll have to wait for whenever it's possible for me to travel and visit a physical store.

UPDATE. Received a response to this post form Dueros. I will provide additional information to see if the problem is solved. I made the purchase on April 7th. My credit card ending 6077 was charged for the full amount (186.90 euro). I did not receive confirmation of the purchase much less a tracking number. I have sent emails to contact at dueros.com and order at dueros.com under my name - and no response yet. I hope this situation is solved and, if so, I will inform here.

It’s been four days since I made a purchase of two necklaces. My credit card was charged for the full amount but have received no confirmation of the purchase and Dueros won’t answer my emails, respond to the chat on the web site or answer the phone.

First of all we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please provide me your ordernumber so I can follow up as we could not find your order with looking for Rodrigo Brenes?

We are certain if your order was placed on Thursday that the its being processed with the carrier for the moment but if you have place an order on Friday which we state that your shipment will be shipped out the following working day which is today then ofcourse you have not receive a shipping confirmation yet.

The customer service department will then also reply to your email today in correct email order and in the weekend the customer service department is closed and not available to reply.
We hope you can understand and remove your 1 star review untill a later notice which you can adjust to your choice of review ( We hope ofcourse a satisfied review when your order has arrived lol ).

Will be waiting for your message as then only I will be able to be certain with the tracking information.

In any case we are still happy to welcome you in our DUEROS family and can't wait for you to enjoy your DUEROS soon.

Hi Rodrigo,

I have spoken to our payment service provider and the only thing we can find in our system is that you have made a profile on our store but no order has been placed unfortunately. They are still checking as it seems weird but is there is a change that the statement is just a temporally hold from your bank due to safety reasons as we are located in different countries?

Could you please ask your bank for more information while the team here is still checking and comes back to me tomorrow with an answer.
