We love our DUCKIES! We had purchased two pairs for our little one to see how they fit and if they are comfortable as we find other brands leave a bruise on our toddlers ankles. We are so happy with these shoes, they are comfortable, breathable, easy to put on and even easier to clean. We have 5 pairs that we alternate through and we couldn't be happier with them. Keep up the wonderful work!

Our family are a big fan of Duckies. Our babies love these as their first, learn to walk shoes.

Excellent prouducts, adorable and practical. Gifted to my granddaughter for her 1st birthday. I bought 2 pairs, one for now and one to grow into. 1 pair had a missing insole, I emailed with photo's to explain, less than 48 hours later i received a replacement pair of insoles with a lovely apology! Super quick delivery in the first place too. Very happy with the shoes, price and customer service, thank you!

Absolutely amazing and Cute! We have got the Sesame Street ones and my little boy adores them due to the characters being on them. Super flexible. Only problem I’ve had is sizing. They go up by 1cm each size not 0.5cm like a lot of shoes other than I highly recommend. Also the customer service was great! Asked about sizing. Youseff answered me within 24hrs and he was clear with me. Thank you.

Ordered 3 pair, returned 2 to exchange, no issuee here. Second delivery arrived, unfortunately they were still not suitable so returned for refund. Refund not accepted by company, stated they had not passed return inspection. They had been tried on for a minute on a non walking one year old. How could this not meet inspection? HOW CAN YOU CHECK FIT WITHOUT TRYING ON. Duckies not interested in reviewing again or offering other solutions to my refund request. As a last resort I requested the items be returned to me which they agreed. DUCKIES have NEVER returned them to me, continued to refused to refund cost. I imagine they have put them for resale. Avoid this company who do not care about ripping off their customers. HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAVE NO ESCALATION PROCESS OR COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE.

I dont usually do these reviews but qhen a company is this great, i have to share it to the world. The product itself is fantastic! The quality of the shoes are the best i have seen. I am one of those fussy parents and i will put my one uear old in these shoes no problem. I have so far bought seven pairs and have not stopped at that.
The customer service is actually as good as their product. Reply very quickly, are accomidating and very reasonable if you need help and cannot speak highly enough of them.

Lovely shoes and excellent customer service. The strawberry detail started peeling off, but after I contacted Duckies, they responded quickly and sent a replacement. I really appreciated how promptly and professionally they resolved the issue.

I ordered 2 pairs which my little one loves!
One of the pairs was too small for him so I arranged an exchange, however my parcel got lost on route and never arrived at the warehouse - the customer service team kindly honoured the exchange and arranged a replacement pair. Fantastic customer service my everyone I spoke with and the product is fantastic too.

We have been buying Duckies shoes for years and have always been incredibly impressed with the quality, so when we recently had a small issue with a pair, I was a little disappointed.

I contacted Duckies customer service and Sarah was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to properly review the situation and rather than simply offering the standard resolution, went above and beyond and offered to arrange a replacement pair for us. She was incredibly kind, understanding and genuinely wanted to make things right.

What impressed me even more was that we were able to keep the original pair as well, which was such a generous gesture. The whole process was handled so quickly, easily and with such lovely communication.

We have purchased many pairs of Duckies over the years and have always loved them, which is why we continue to come back. It’s so reassuring to know that behind such a great product is a company that genuinely values its customers and stands behind its products.

Great shoes for babies just starting to learn how to walk since they are really soft, my toddler loves them! He's a runner!

EDITED - I received a reply to my email with an apology for length of time taken to process return. My exchange has been processed and upgraded to express delivery.

I ordered two pairs of Duckies shoes on 17 September and received them on 19 September. Unfortunately, one pair was too small, so I followed Duckies' returns process and submitted an exchange through their online returns portal, as instructed.

I returned the shoes via tracked InPost delivery on 22 September, and the tracking confirms that they were successfully delivered back to Duckies on 25 September.

I also included a note inside the parcel with my name, order number and details of the exchange.

As of 6 October, I still haven't received my replacement shoes or any confirmation that my return has been processed. I emailed Duckies on 3 October asking for an update but have received no response.

I appreciate that returns can take some time to process, but they have now had my returned shoes for 11 days and I haven't even received an acknowledgement. For a £30 order, this has been really disappointing and frustrating, particularly as I followed the returns procedure exactly as instructed and have proof of delivery.

I hope Duckies will respond and resolve this quickly. I will happily update this review if the situation is sorted.

The shoes were an awful fit considering they're marketed as first walkers . Really hard to get on a baby's foot and poorly designed to support walking. I was further disappointed when returning the shoes was actually equally as hard work, they do not some with a return nor is there an online portal for returns, you have to trudge through the website to try and find how to return and send them back at your own expense.

These are totally useless. They simply don’t stay on at all. As an early years worker working with babies I absolutely despair when a child arrives wearing these ‘shoes’

I've tried many different brands of shoes for my toddler and these are my favourites. They are high quality, look good, wash easily in the machine and come out looking great. They are also easy to put on him and seem comfortable.
