I ask them about tracking number time and they said it will take 1-2 working weeks while in the website doesn’t show that, then i just ask a question: how i can cancel and refund?
Then directly they cancelled my order I don’t know why!! It was a question for more the 500$ parts. It’s my first and last time to deal with such company
The guy from customer service is extremely slow. He called me back after calling multiple times and emailing as well. Told me he will get back to me once I send him pictures of my bike and never did. Have tried emailing and calling him but no response. Horrible customer service
Big thanks to Nima from Ducabike Direct awesome experience, I email them after I broke a part on my bar riser, asking if they can sale the part I needed since they don't just sale that part on their web. She got back to me with in a hour got me a part number and I was able to replace it for just $49 instead of having to replace the hole raiser for $300 wish they could easyly told me that and I would problably done it since I love the Raiders so much. I totally give them 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ #ducabike rocks
Absolutely horrible customer service, Nima will not return phone calls or emails for weeks concerning the wrong part being sent, never mind trying to obtain an exchange or a refund. I had to contact my bank to obtain a refund. I will be ordering directly from Ducabike next time and not this poser.
Purchased passenger brackets for my bike. One bracket would not line up/fit my bike. I contacted the seller for a return and they refused. I offered to pay return shipping to be reasonable and they responded and said the error was mine to deal with.
Terrible business - $400 plus and won’t even stand behind their product. I would not buy from or recommend in any way. Stay away from DucaBikeDirect.com.
Great company to deal with! Purchased a Ducabike clear clutch cover and levers for my Ducati Panigale, they shipped fast, when they arrived I had some questions on the install and they were very helpful over the phone! Recommended!
