I had placed about thirteen orders with Joshs Frogs, and had crushed insects delivered in all but one shipment. This was due in part to their use of mesh bags to ship insects, and poor packing. After so many frustrated experiences, I tried dubiaroaches.com. I placed three orders over the past two weeks. All three arrived timely. All three were well packed, protected in plastic containers, with the void spaces filled with air pillows to prevent shifting. There were almost no dead insects in any of the three orders. I received update emails when they shipped, when they were out for delivery, and when they were actually delivered.

I’ve ordered everything from bugs to multiple enclosures from them and have never gotten anything except the best customer service around and super affordable enclosures that are my favorites. I am slowly but surely turning my whole reptile room into these enclosures. The shipping is fast and accurate and the off chance that something does go wrong they go out of their way to make it right and stay in communication with you the whole time. Couldn’t ask for a better company to do business with and they will continue to receive business from me!

First, I bought a 75 count of dubia roaches. I received about 50 instead of 75, but they apparently have sent me another order of 75 to make up for it which was nice.

But then also with that order, I ordered a 120 gallon enclosure. Just received the item and wow it was terrible. Two pieces were cracked/smashed. The screws are TERRIBLE, they strip immediately. And the enclosure itself is flimsy. I contacted the customer service who replied quickly. But the best they could do is either send me some of the parts or give me $25. For me the customer service was great, but not really worth it for what you’re getting from them. I wouldn’t waste your time, spend the extra buck and get better quality food/enclosures.

Always on-time or early and always great quality insects!

This company is the hardest to get a hold of. I ordered 2 120 gallon enclosures and only can setup one due to one of the corner pieces came fractured and cannot install. I was told they would ship out the replacement part to me and would have tracking but here we are with no answer and no tracking. I messaged this company at 11:53 EST and got a response at 3:32 EST and here we are at 7:41 and still nothing.

The terrariums are very nice but mine came fractured on a corner piece and trying to get ahold of someone is a nightmare. I ordered two 120 gallon terrariums from them for two separate reptiles and was only able to set up one. No one answers the phone and text/chat takes hours just for a response and even if you respond immediately to them it takes another several hours to hear back again. I was told I would get tracking info for my broken piece hours ago and nothing.
