Great Customer Service, communication and interaction with a human.
The service was excellent. I had constant communication with this company which they initiated via Whats App. This was very much appreciated as having no choice but to order online and being on the other side of the world it was great to know that a human was nurturing my order and delivery. I made a change to the written details on the card and this was acknowledged and changed immediately. I was even notified when delivery had taken place. Much appreciated.
