I feel I have been scammed .

I feel I have been scammed .. This is 14 days and I m still waiting for any status from these folks .. They don't even pick up the customer service call , no status at all .. Just one auto reply..I had been asked to submit some more documents which I did right away but they never came back and my flight dates are approaching as well. This is really ridiculous

Greetings from DubaieVISA!

This is in reference to your review regarding the refund which was processed on 1st Feb 19 and confirmation refund was also sent to your email.

You contacted us in the month of Aug 19 where you were again informed that the refund has been processed and you never raised any concern that it has not hit your account.

We spoke to you three days prior as well to further investigate the matter because we strongly believe that there is miss out from your end to trace the refund. You were suppose to drop us an email which we are still waiting.

We have been trying to contact you but there is no response from your end.

Excellent service, especially the customer executive Ms.Manisha, she was prompt in updating me throughout the visa process.

Ms. Manisha to be Appreciated

There has been always a prompt response from Ms. Manisha. I will really appreciate her efforts in getting my Visa application processed. She had been actively replying to mails and messages. Will contact again in future for another visit .

Top notch services

Excellent experience. Communication was clear and fast. I would highly recommend dealing with Ashish. He dealt like a professional. Not even a single bad experience or behavior from any one working at DubaieVisa.

The level of engagement and…

The level of engagement and understanding the client needs is very high. listen literally be confident for them to take over the visa arrangements and get things resolved.
I had the opportunity to interact with ms.Manisha and got the 24 hour visa at a time when embassy was about to go for Eid vacation.
