Unprofessional service
No clarity given regarding the procedure for the application. Emails were not replied back in time. Even though the visa was approved nobody got back to me confirming the same. I had to follow up with the team directly. Very unprofessional service.

Thank you sharing your feedback, but as per our findings your approved VISA copy was sent to your email within 4 -5 working days.
We do not send the VISA without verifying the accuracy of the details on the VISA.
