Impressive customer service
Impressive customer service. DTR initially sent my EV charger to the wrong customer. Frustrating, as I had an electrician booked to fit it next day, and needed it in a hurry. I emailed late at night, without high hopes. The boss at DTR emailed me back by 07.30 the next morning to apologise, arranged a driver, and the charger was delivered by mid morning. Impressive recovery! I'd definitely use DTR again. Good price, too.
