Terrible customer service

Ordered shoes to go over my daughter's KAFOs. Received an email from the owner saying they didn't have them in stock but they were in a warehouse in Florida and it would be an extra 7-10 days. Fine. A month goes by and I reach out. Sorry - we sold them to someone else and will refund them. What a joke.

False advertising

The shoes I ordered were advertised as very lightweight and wide. The 9E width shoes were not even 4E, and they were heavy and small.

I had to repeatedly bug them to ship it.

The inserts they claim are an $80 value are very thin.

DT Footwear is a footwear reseller, and the product specifications listed on our website are based on information provided by the manufacturer, which we review and reword for clarity before publishing. That said, we would want to verify that the correct size and width were shipped, as on rare occasions a warehouse can accidentally pull the wrong size or width.

Regarding the included bonus inserts, the insoles provided are approximately 9mm thick, which is substantially thicker than the thin stock inserts typically included with most shoes.

If you reach out to us with your order number, we would be glad to review the order details, confirm the size and width that were shipped, and help resolve any issues.

I sent photos of the medium boot that came. His response was “these photos show nothing this shall be the end of our communication. “. WOW HOW IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Company sent my shoes to an address that I haven’t lived at for 15 years. When I contacted “Ron” to find out why this happened and how to fix it, he (incorrectly) insisted that I input the address (impossible) and refused to provide any documentation or attempted resolution. Was rude and manifestly unprofessional. 0/10.

Love it

Communication was great. Owner was polite and courteous. Product I ordered came was delivered within 5 working days. Definitely will purchase from DT Footwear again.

Rude owner. They don't seem to know where anything is

I was happy with the shoes I bought for my dad. They were not wide enough. I sent them back according to their directions, paying $16 more dollars. After many rude emails from the owner they finally found my shoes in a warehouse. It will now take another 4 weeks for them to get the shoes and check out the shoes before I will ever get my money back if I ever do!! I will never shop there or suggest anyone shop there.

I understand you were pleased with the shoes you purchased for your dad, but unfortunately they weren't wide enough. The additional shipping cost and delays in processing your return are understandably disappointing.
It appears there was some confusion regarding our return process. Our policy requires returns to be sent to our corporate office in Canton, GA, rather than the warehouse address on the box. When items are sent to our warehouses, they must be redirected to our corporate office, which creates the additional processing time you're experiencing.

I want to assure you that your full refund will be processed once the shoes arrive at our corporate location. I've personally looked into your case and am expediting the process to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

We value your feedback and will use it to improve our communication about our return policy to prevent similar situations in the future.

Do not recommend

Do not recommend, Ron seemed nice to deal with, but after waiting 4 months and my package arrived in the correct box only- Boot size and style wrong, it was disappointing.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve tried twice to reach out, they’ve completely ignored me. Save you money and time, I’ve lost both.

Not a great company

Not a great company. Kind of sketch! I ordered a pair of brown shoes. They charged my credit card and then days later tell me the shoe is not in stock. They send me the email below telling me when they are getting the black shoes in but not a clue when the brown ones will be in. Could be a few months, but they already have my money. Several emails and "Ron" is insisting it says when the brown shoes will be available.

"Thank you for your order for Dalton Brown 13 4E.

Our inventory system showed one pair left, but we just checked our master list, and that one pair was sold two days ago.

At the end of Feb, another container will come in with the Black 13 4E for our warehouses. There is 32 pairs in the Black 13 4E Dalton, coming in on this container but 25 has been pre sold with our back order system.

If you want to leave the order open, we will put your name in the "back order file," when it is back in stock, it will be automatically pulled and shipped to you.

All Back Orders are filled first when the container comes in."

WARNING Horrible experience

WARNING Horrible experience.
They sent me a different size shoe than what was shown in their order confirmation. Ron the owner refused to take care of shipping cost to return them. They were not touched or opened, and it was THEIR mistake. They said they won't refund my credit card unless I send them back PRIORITY at my expense.
Don't order from them.
I found another website that provides the same shoes with better service at a lower price.

I was ordering for my mom

I was ordering for my mom, she has health concerns with mostly one foot. Ron called me and helped me figure out the best choice for mom. The shoe are great. Also we live in Saskatchewan Canada.
