Relatively quick dispatch after ordering. Well made and solid product. Safe means of travelling for our 3 English springers, very pleased.

Looking for crash tested secure dog crate for our Labrador. Came across DT boxes and rang and spoke to very helpful member of staff who then took my order over the phone. Arrived in less time than advised and dog very happy in it.

I am very pleased with my box which fits perfectly in my car. It’s of solid construction but light enough to be lifted easily into the car. I also ordered the rubber bumper guard which is excellent and the fans which I haven’t yet tried. When I ordered, the website said delivery would be about 3 weeks which was a lot longer than I had expected, but the box then arrived within about ten days. The reason for four stars instead of five is the lack of communication between ordering and the box arriving.

Boxes are amazing, yes it is expensive, but the quality is top. I ordered first one VM1 with double door for the back of my high roof transit and one VM1 for the side. I currently have 4 standard poodles, one Afghan Hound and one toy poodle. But I'm sure family will grow so better have some extra free cages which can be used as a safe storage at the moment. Mark was great as well taking my payment over the phone so I could use my bonuses card to pay part of it. Definitely recommend.

We needed a safe & secure ‘container’ for our young chocolate Labrador, to replace the rather flimsy wire version bought for him as a pup. We plumped for the DT brand, not least because the metal alternative (another brand) would be too heavy to move in & out of the car. Mark at DT was really helpful in advising on the right model (DT 4), as my car was not listed on the website. Delivered promptly; fits perfectly & Jasper loves it - in hindsight DT 13 would also have fitted (Mercedes GLC 300 Petrol) - highly recommended seller

Discussed what box would suit my car - Range Rover sport and it did. Easy to install and fitted (without partition which I had taken out for my choice) a Labrador, a cocker spaniel and a border collie - all with plenty of room, used for these three for the last two weeks due to dog sitting and it has been worth every penny - highly recommend

The crate is so small to accommodate two German shepherd's in photos and descriptions there was a German shepherd and a lab in the crate with divider. My shepherd got in but could not turn the other is a pup so fits in it at the moment .

Brilliant boxes, feel well made and safe for my doggos. Ordering was really easy and customer service was straight forward to contact. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been if there was an estimate delivery date when I ordered.
