The emergency First Aid course was very good because the facilitator gave clear instructions and explanations. There was no time wasting. Also, we had use of good resources for teaching practical assignments. I was pleased refreshments were provided as it was a very hot day.

I've just completed my cscs course on…
I've just completed my cscs course on the 17th of June 2025. At Ds education. I really enjoyed my experience as the staff are really,professional and answered all questions i had in my mind, very good center with good staff thst are alway willing to help as a bonus tea and coffee is available for FREE. Plus I passed ist time!!!! I really enjoyed leaning all about health and safety, which I can use In My everyday life The venue was easy to get to and had free parking, hurray!!! I am glad I booked at ds education very professional. Very highly recommended.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, you completed the practical element of the Door Supervisor course but unfortunately did not pass the exams. As previously explained, we offer three free exam retakes, and you were invited to attend a session this Sunday to support your progress.
The reason your calls have not been answered is due to the offensive and inappropriate language you have used during previous communications. Additionally, when you visited the centre, you were aggressive and used foul language towards our staff.
We take the safety and wellbeing of our staff and learners very seriously. As outlined in the learner agreement you signed, abuse of any kind towards staff is not tolerated.
We are still happy to support your learning and exam retakes—provided all future communication is respectful and in line with our code of conduct.

I attended the Door Supervisor course…
I attended the Door Supervisor course from the 12th of May to the 18th. I’d say at first you’d be reluctant because it’s a whole 7 days from 9am to 6pm, but it was really worth it, I got to enjoy the classes, the hospitality, the environment, everything in general. It was really educative, id definitely be coming back for other courses like the cctv program. THANK YOU DS!!!

I had my DS training last year at DS…
I had my DS training last year at DS Education, came back again this month for my CCTV course, I can and will always boastfully say that DS Education are the best training provider in England. They have got best tutor, best staff who are ready to help and support when facing challenges during the training. Which Training centre gives free food and drinks during training? No but only DS Education does😆😆.
As a trainee, you would always stay active and agile during the training as DS Education provides you everything you need to make you stay active during the training at the centre. They are also situated in a very calm and suitable environment for learning.

SIA Security Door Supervisor Full course
I happened to have been part of the DS Education experience for a week, and it was worth it. They are very experienced in training people for an "SIA Security Door Supervisor Full course" license, I must say.
They were very hospitable, the tutors displayed real experience, expertise, and patience all through the period of the course.
The venue was very convenient with good facilities. I also liked the fact that we were able to do the exams via a laptop/tablet instead of on paper.
The amount was also affordable too with discounts if I do decide to do more courses like the CCTV course with them.
I was not expecting much from them initially, so I was impressed to see that they went above and beyond my expectations. The way they should regard and respect their students should be studied.
It's an awesome place to take on learning for an SIA Security Door Supervisor Full course license for sure.
