Hi Marilyn,
Thank you for your purchase and for bringing this to our attention.
I do not see any correspondence with you about any missing items or replacement orders issued on our end. What I can see, is that you placed one order with us in July 2023, But it was not for a product that included any ring guards. If you give us a call, we would be more than happy to discuss and resolve this issue for you right away!
You can reach us at (888) 982-7764.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we hope we have the opportunity to make up for this mistake on a future order.
Thank you
The DryEye Rescue Team.

Bought the heated mask
Bought the heated mask. It doesn't stay hot for long enough. I get maybe 7 minutes of heat. Also a bit of a pain to boil the gel inserts.

Hi there,
Thank you for your purchase and for taking the time to leave a review.
We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the pricing of our products. We try our best to have competitive pricing and to try to have the lowest prices on the market. Unfortunately, since we are not the manufacturer of the products we carry, that is not always an option. We have the option to set up a subscription and save 10% on every order, and we also offer different promotions that will run throughout the year.
If you would ever like to confirm if there are any discounts available, please give us a call at (888) 982-7764 or you can email us at orders@dryeyerescue.com
Thank you!
