It was my First week in London and urgently searching for a flat. Coming from NYC I expected the process to be awful. While it did have its ups and downs, agents like Thomas Last made it easy. Sadly the right flat wasn’t with Druce but I would recommend Thomas to anyone moving to London or looking for a new flat. Thank you for making it a better experience.

Thomas was exceptional in his level of professionalism, well-written responses, knowledge, and quick response time. He was also very pleasant in all of the interactions we had.

Jacinta at Druce Brook Green provided us with excellent service during our recent purchase. Throughout the buying process Jacinta worked incredibly hard to sort out a number of issues which were holding up exchange and was always pleasant and friendly. Also, Jacinta made sure that we got regular updates which were greatly appreciated.

Thomas was knowledgeable, timely and communicative! So great to work with especially as a first time resident of London. Highly recommend!

Druce are definitely a cut above. I have dealt with them on many occasions, the most recent being with Sophie. They listen to your brief, and are very responsive and professional. Sophie is a pleasure to deal with, and it was interesting to hear my tenants also had nothing but praise. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I was really impressed by Sophie how well organised, flexible and patience she is!
Sophie was very nice to talk to me in the phone and sent me information and made appointment immediately after our discussion. She called me when she arrived in the property and wait for me patiently as I was running late due to traffics.
