Excellent service and the most inexpensive one online that I have found. A big plus is that in addition to ordering your own labs, you can also consult a doctor. I find it costs less to order my own labs and send them to my doctor than to go through insurance, since my medical needs are few and I have not (in 12 years) come anywhere near meeting my deductible. Yes, same lab (LabCorp), but it costs far more through insurance than when I order it myself.

I love this site. I have been able to prove sudden surgical menopause, as well as poor absorption, despite being dismissed via bloodwork. It is great for patients that want to advocate and avoid insurance, and I feel most of the prices are reasonable. My only request is if there is some way to split up labs after you buy them, because the lab won’t do that. I think it’s a wonderful service, and they also offer telehealth appts for cheap. I am not sure of why there are low reviews.
I am a RN of 17 years. I get labs for peace of mind, or symptom exploration, and they make it easy to get order forms and results, with no crazy commitment stuff.

Thieves. Trying to cancel their scam subscription through their website may not work for you. If it does not, they will not reimburse you the money taken after the fact, despite the fact that charging for a cancelled subscription is fraud.

Waste of $$. Use Call-on-doc if you are sick and want to get better. They will rush you through the call without even listening to your symptoms and concerns. I complained to them, they offered a courtesy follow up and then when I requested the follow up they declined. They told me to see a Dr.

Dr. Sattar has helped me out multiple times over the past several years, and she is always prompt and attentive. She takes a moment to really hear my concerns instead of rushing through the visit, and she always sets me up with what I need in the moment as well as a good plan for follow-up care if needed.

If you go directly to Labcorp the test price is $93. If you go through Dr. Says it's $30. Now you decide.

Ive already paid for my lab test and set up user name and password. Email says my lab test is ready to print but it wont let me sign into my account without answering other personal questions. This is wrong!

My daughter had a painful toothache on a Sunday morning when most dentist office are closed. I researched doctors that take patients with no insurance and came across DrSays. I decided to give them a try. The cost was very affordable and appointment was between 12pm - 1pm and my daughter received the call from the doctor at 11:58am. The call lasted less than 5 mins. She seen the picture I submitted of my daughter’s tooth and seen it was infected. She immediately prescribed an antibiotic and pain meds and sent it over immediately to the requested pharmacy. The doctor was very nice and understanding and it was the quickest appointment my daughter have ever had! If you’re looking for an online doctor with no insurance I recommend giving them a try! I give this place a 5 star!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Able to order a lab that was an impossible to get otherwise. Super easy process.

ordered labs 2 months ago, finally got them done. received all my results in 4 days. I even received a refund back because I ordered and paid for duplicate labs. this proves how honest they are, I was not even aware of the duplication. the refund was initiated by them without my knowledge. I only became aware of the situation when they sent me a text. I plan on ordering more labs in the future

Tis okay, I guess. Helpful but rather choose other docs online. They did me good. Just too long to wait for response.

They took my wife’s money. Essentially our money, for a doctor visit with no diagnosis, no prescription, just him telling her to go to the emergency room. Anyone could have said that. That is what she was seeing or using this site for. So she didn’t have to. Then I asked for a refund and they give some excuse as to why they are charging me. We’ve used them before and they were good. Needless to say I canceled my membership right away and will use a different site. Thank you for nothing.

Was very skeptical about it. Doctor was a couple minutes late which is fine, I'm sure he is making many calls. But he gave me good advice and a doctor's note. The price is VERY affordable compared to the walk-in clinics I called. They wanted $200! Dr. Says gave me the same exact services they would have for only $40! Absolutely recommend for anyone that needs a note for work or prescriptions that aren't controlled! Thank you Dr. Says you do a lot for the people that need it most!

I just needed a med refill between doctors and spoke to Dr. Chandler. After asking a few questions, she said she would refill it. I gave her my compounding pharmacy info and it did take a little longer for her to get the RX in (2-3 days), but I think it was because it was not a traditional chain pharmacy and wasn’t a generic/brand name Rx and the compounding RX had to be written a certain way. After contacting support and a little back and forth for 2 days, Rx was successful and I was able to fill it. I would consider using Drsays again.

TO THE OWNERS OF THIS SITE AND SUPPORT STAFF. NO WORDS COME TO MIND FOR HOW GREATFUL I AM THAT THIS EXISTS.
I owe a debt of gratitude everyone behind the scenes and for me allowing to choose any lab for my own choosing with or without a Dr.
I have asked the support staff who are incredible in response time that you guys are a blessing even as I'm not religious and how I want to shake everyone's hands who run and allow this service to CUSHION your health care needs and support with the insanity of the medical entrapment industrial complex.
I don't interact with the medical system for my own beliefs but sometimes you have to do things that go against your values and principles because there's only one system.

To anyone with bad insurance coverage or no insurance while it's not extensive in what the Drs on the DrSays.com are able to do think of this site as a Cushion to at least help you navigate the road blocks of the system to get direction and dialogue.

I've had no issues with this site yes your state might be limited with Drs but don't blame the site or lack of Drs just be your own provider if you need to get your own INSANELY DISCOUNTED LABS. This site puts immeasurable power in your hands to do the labs that you think necessary.

Lab work is handled well and costs about a third of the price charged by Quest or Request-a-Test. I was skeptical at first seeing the low price, but had a great experience. I will probably get all my blood test done using DrSays in the future. I hope they maintain the quality of service. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because their paperwork sent after paying for blood work looked suspicious and stated "client" is responsible for payment for blood work (they should change that to DrSays pays) and also there is no toll free number either on the paperwork or on their main website. They provide a invoice on their website showing actual amount paid for the blood work which is a standard practice with all diagnostic lab companies like Request-a-Test and Quest, but is almost hidden in their website and took me some searching to find - they could instead display it prominently on the main customer page. I hope they will improve the aspects mentioned to gain the trust of customers.

Ordered my own lipid test. Super affordable. Way more affordable than the price offered by the very lab that drew my blood! Easy and quick and results less than 24 hours later. I will go through DrSays again and avoid the hoops of my pcp and insurance and probably still have to pay more.
