I highly recommend Dr Gupta, being a mum of three and leading an active and healthy lifestyle, I still had stubborn pockets of fat that just wouldn't budge.
I looked into microlipo which is a unique and amazing service that Dr Gupta offered.
He was profession and empathic.
His level of confidence instilled trust in him.
It is so mininally invasive..the insicitions look like mosquito bites. I had my hips and abdo done and only needed my compression garments for four days. I only had discomfort after rather than pain and I was back to work within a week of surgery.
The results after 2 months is pnenominal and it looks so natural.
Dr Gupta and his team esp Kasia who I liased with to do my booking and was always available to just give me a listening ear have changed my life. I feel content in my body again.

I can't recommend Dr Gupta and the micro lipo procedure enough!
Dr Gupta made me feel at ease from the moment I met him right the way through treatment. I initially went to see him about 2 areas I wanted treating and he was very honest with me advising that whilst he could make a real difference to the appearance of my outter thighs, his recommendation would be to not progress with treatment to my ankles due to the minimal improvement I would see. Dr Gupta gave me all the information I needed and answered all questions I had.
On the day of the procedure i was naturally nervous but I need not have been. Dr Gupta and his team were amazing and I felt very relaxed very quickly...i spent most of the procedure either sleeping or talking to Dr Gupta about our children and common interests.
In terms of recovery, I was of course quite sore for a week or so after the procedure but two weeks after I was dancing away at a festival with my new legs! I stopped wearing the compression garments after a week and soon realised I needed to go shopping for new clothes as I had dropped a Jean's size!
If you are considering any kind of procedure of this kind I would recommend micro lipo and Dr Gupta every time!

It’s been 3 months since I had MicroLipo on my abdomen at the Private Clinic with Dr Gupta and I am completely delighted with the results! Despite being quite slim overall, eating very healthy and exercising, I have always had stubborn pockets of fat around my middle, and I am so glad I finally decided to do something about it! Having done my research , I opted for Microcannular liposuction as I was looking for the least invasive surgical procedure available, because my main concern was minimum recovery time and being able to return to work as quickly as possible.
My consultation with Dr Gupta 100% reaffirmed my decision to go ahead with this procedure. He explained the procedure in great detail, answered all of my questions and completely reassured me. What really brought it home was seeing the tiny 1mm cannula used in micro lipo side by side with the one used in traditional liposuction, the size of which (about 0.5cm) mortified me!
I had my procedure done on a Friday, so that I would have the weekend to recover and go back to work on Monday. I didn’t tell anyone I was having the procedure, so I travelled to the clinic on my own. The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic , and I also opted to have it done without any sedation so that I would be able to travel home by myself.
The staff at the clinic were lovely and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I was awake for most of the procedure and ended up chatting through most of it. I didn’t feel any discomfort as such, it was just a strange sensation which I quickly got used to. In fact, it didn’t actually feel like I was having an operation at all! That’s until I saw the two big 1L jars of fat afterwards!
I felt absolutely fine after the procedure and I was given compression garments and bandages to wear for the next few days, and full aftercare advice. Dr Gupta also gave me his phone number and asked to call him if I had any questions or concerns whatsoever. I felt absolutely fine travelling home by myself, although I was starting to feel a little bit sore as the anaesthetic wore off. When I took the bandages off the following day, despite the swelling, I could immediately see a difference- my belly was gone! I was quite sore for the next few days, however I opted to not take the painkillers prescribed, which probably would have helped. Since the incisions were left open to minimise swelling, bruising and thus improve recovery time, I had to wear the bandages for a few days and wash the area daily. My incisions healed within 3 days and I wore the garment for about 5 days. I was able to return to work on Monday and undertake all my normal activities as planned, including running, going to the gym etc. I won’t lie, I still had quite a lot of soreness and swelling for 2-3 weeks after the procedure, but it was completely bearable and in no way stopped me doing my normal activities. I can’t begin to imagine how much pain I would have been had I opted for traditional liposuction, which requires having stitches and wearing compression garments for weeks.
It’s been 3 months since my procedure and I am delighted with the results. The scars from my incisions are barely visible and I have a very natural shape. When I went back to see Dr Gupta and saw the before/after pictures I was shocked! I had already got used to my new shape, and seeing the before pictures just made me so glad I decided to go for it, it’s one of the best decision I’ve ever made! Dr Gupta is a true master who takes great pride in his work and cares about his patients and their happiness. Thank you!

From the first consultation to the operation itself, nothing was too much trouble for Dr Gupta and his amazing team. I was able to get an initial appointment straight away, and, once he had decided on the right course of action, I was in surgery the week after. The aftercare was fantastic and, now, four weeks after a quick and pain-free procedure, I couldn't be happier with the results. I've got my confidence back! Thank you.

Amazing results - great experience from start to end!

Dr Gupta is a great surgeon! I am so so happy with my microlipo results. From day one of my initial consultation with him I was put at ease regarding any questions I had. Dr Gupta has a fantastic team and they all take very good care of you from start to finish. I was amazed to see how thin and small the cannulars are - that are used during the procedure plus under a local anaesthetic - which then leads to a quick post op recovery and very little incision marks which heal and fade over time. You are back to your normal routine in a matter of days and it truly is worth every step taken when you see the results. I did not want the fuss of bags or wearing garments dragging me down for a long period - however, with the tiny cannulars I was able to avoid all that extra inconvenience.
Naturally, one is a bit apprehensive about having surgery - however, rest assure that you are in good hands with Dr Gupta and this treatment is a very sophisticated process with minimal invasion during surgery. All thanks to the tiny micro cannulars. Don’t let stubborn fat get you down - a genius fantastic treatment which has changed my life.

I have been delighted with my surgery from the first consultation and my results. Mr Gupta has been truly wonderful

Dr Gupta is such a professional person and very well experienced on his field plus he educates his patients about the procedures they are about to undergo. team working with dr Gupta are absolutely amazing starting with Jess the coordinator and the nursing staff. facility was excellent, procedure went extremely smooth and I was out same day. the most impressive things are results are seen immediately, recovery time is extremely fast (I flew to London for a long a weekend had it done and flew back), and the garment (which is an uncomfortable experience after any lipo) is only for 3 days post a microlipo procedure as opposed to 6 to 8 weeks for other types of lipo. bruises are very minimal too due to the thin and small cannular used helping with the speedy recovery. procedure does take longer but this ensures a focused no rush job and good results with decent amounts of fat taken out. four of my friends had other types of lipo, non of them had half as much fat taken out as I had from belly and love handles despite the large cannular used. all of them had long recoveries and procedure of about one hour. mine was 3 hours where dr Gupta really took his time to ensure best result, max am out of fat sucked and minimum bruising to my body.
overall I am very happy with the result and recovery. matter of fact I was back at the gym on day 5 after the procedure which is dam impressive👍👍

I highly recommend Dr Gupta for micro Lipo, he is very patience’s and gives you the best advice and with any concerns you may have in your consultation and when you see the The cannula they use for mico Lipo is so small compare to the others which equals less scarring and less truma to the tissue
the great thing about having micro Lipo is less recovery time no drains or to return back to remove stitches compare to the other types of procedures
I had my inner thighs, knees which I had 3 litre of stubborn fat from each leg removed! and also had my arms done
I can honestly say I’m so happy with the results so far and it’s only been 7-8 weeks the difference it has made with how I now look and my confidence
So I would advice anyone who wants liposuction is to go and see Dr Gupta and look into having micro Lipo 100%

I have a condition called Lipoedema, it is still a fairly unknown condition however I am lucky enough to have Dr Gupta to treat me and help me lead a healthy happy life. On my first visit to Dr Gupta I was instantly put at ease with his wonderful nature and very honest opinion and advice.
Surgery of any sort can be a big deal and feeling comfortable and reassured was most certainly at the top of my needs list. When it came to having the actual procedures as well as going very well physically I was totally put at ease before and also after. His team where fantastic and I felt very well looked after. Further consultations with Dr Gupta and I trust him even more, he is a real credit to the profession and a godsend to patients suffering with the same condition. My consultation with Dr Gupta was exceedingly professional, honest and friendly and he made me completely at ease. He instilled confidence in me about the procedure, and was prepared and able to answer any questions I had. I left fully conversant with what to expect, and any fears assuaged by him.
