This was never going to be easy, the Local Authority are notorious for being difficult and with the application being in a Conservation Area, we were up against it.
Rachel and I worked on the initial application and then the strategy for overcoming their objections and finally after 13 months, we have been successful.

Rachel also wrote an accompanying letter to our local council on my behalf explaining exactly why we were requesting an extension to our dropped kerb.
The letter was written very professionally and worded much better than I would have done it, it was the sort of quality you would expect from a Solicitor.
