Very bad delivery and they make you wait a long time if you order online, I’ve been waiting for 5 days now and they completely ruined my diet, i will never order from them again 👎

The delivery is not good waiting 2days after that tell me wait 3days more and when l make cancel some one tell why u cancel and i tell him why and he go and lm writing writing more and not responding

I have package of Fitness for 3 months and they say u have another 1 month free but its not written in the System at that time i decide to stop my plan for a few months in case i want to travel and i wont be able to follow any table from the Doctor anyway i asked him to freeze my plan for 1 year and gusse what it wasnt 1 year it was less and then they activate the Plans at november which is 2 months before the freeze end therefor when i back to my plan he required me to Start new plan and i didnt even get any mention of the freeze End then we pay money for what if im the one will be my plan manager????????????

Horrible, horrible experience!!!!! My order was delivered late, they sent me pills that expire in one month and after paying for DHL shipping (3.5KD) they then asked me to pay an additional 3KD to get the ordered delivered! My order was 7KD!

terrible experience , customer service very unprofessional and they lied about shipping cost and they send the product with different fees also it arrives late , I don't recommend dealing with them at all

I ordered online from qatar. The shipped by aramex. The laperva BCAA was damaged . Not sure whether it was damaged in the shipping or they just dispatched a damaged product. The seal was opened and the contents spilled all over. I have the unboxing video and photo. They force me to send the damaged product back to them and only then they give me a new one. Now i have to spend my money again to ship and customs clearance and taxes. Very unprofessional customer service and these guys are a scam. Dont buy anything from here

One of the worst online shopping experiences I ever had in my entire life.

I placed an order on their website on 11:50 PM Sat. The information on the order details page was confirming the fact the order would be delivered in 3 to 5 days, which was extremely suitable as i was going on a trip in 5 days and I needed these products before I depart.

3 days later, Thursday , and the shipping company did not even receive the package from their store. It took them over 3 days to hand over the order to the shipping company.

In an era where online orders are being delivered within 24 hours, It took them over 3 days just to internally process my order!

If you ever try to contact their customer support via chat then you are in for a ride! They are extremely rude and repulsive , and they would end up providing you with zero helpful information regarding the situation you are inquiring about.

Dr. Nutrition management needs to reevaluate their business model and fix these issues. I know for a fact I would never do business with them again.

BEWARE!! They sell fake products. I bought a Muscletech product and when I went to the Muscletech verify app I found out that the protein I got from them did not have neither the hologram nor the QR code that guarantees that the product is authentic. This is against their customers health and they should be banned for not checking their products are legit. I got it from Amazon.ae... Seller was Dr. Nutrition LCC. Thanks to the Amazon Customer Care I got it refunded but I requested a full investigation on this matter to prevent others to drink something that could potentially harm their health.

Dr Nutrition is supposed to be one of the trusted companies when it comes to supplements, but guess what they also sell fake proteins. Guys be very careful when you buy from them and select your products yourself.

I have purchased a package of 50 face masks from the website. I intentionally chosen a more expensive item looking or hoping for quality. On Dr.Nutrition website the item was announced to be FDA approved.
Instead they have sent me the package with masks and nothing to indicate the certification they claim. Together with some silly and completely melted piece of chocolate or biscuit.
I find their advertising misleading and will be seeking a full refund. And I feel upset to waste time in trusting Dr.Nutrition.
