Topper was as advertised. Anyone looking for a lightweight topper that looks great should buy the Ozark. I can’t say enough about the guys at S-Cargo either. Great bunch of guys.

I have been driving a Jeep for the last 4 years. The options available give me ability to look at budget to premium units. The tool boxes and durability of the Ozark caps stood out as a differentiator.

Love the Ozark for my Silverado! Used my rooftop tent multiple times now and had no issues. And the toolbox on the side with the light in it is great for keep those campsite goodies within reach.

As a dealer of Ranch, Venturous, A.R.E. and Leer and have been for over 25 years. Here's the scoop - truck caps aren't going to be perfect. The trucks they go on aren't going to be perfect. Never is a truck cap going to turn your truck into a Tahoe/Expedition/Durango. If you want watertight - buy an SUV. That all being said - we have good luck with Ranch Tops. All of the manufacturers have longer lead times. That's just how it is these days. If they didn't, then that means top sales are slow. We received two Ranch tops yesterday. They arrived in good shape and were clean. Fitment is usually pretty spot on - again nothing is perfect. Sometimes you push or pull or sand a little to get the best fit, but that is with all brands. Ranch has a lot of options available. If I ever have a problem, they are just a phone call away. Customer service has even emailed me on a Sunday to help with a question (thanks Kena).

The installer drove my truck to the front and said it was all set and ready to go. He went over a few things about the shell. As we were looking at it, I realized it wasn’t even clamped down. In the framework around the back lift window, some of the screws were not screwed in all the way and some were crooked. The front sliding window opens really hard, plus there’s a dent in the framework of the window. There’s also rainwater that leaks in between the frame of the flip up window and the tailgate. Overall, not pleased. I was in manufacturing all my life and I recognize poor workmanship when I see it.

Very bad I had to see how they made and they just not good nothing is messure constantly, they don’t have a standard of what is or a good product is more of what they think on that moment. Also paint is very bad all caps I have seen have so many paint defect and they just decided to hide them reather than fixing the issue. And when I mean they I mean all the managers from their factory plan.

I liked that I could custom build the truck top and had alot of features to choose from. Build quality is very good.

Great product! Looks solid, great color match, order time was 3 weeks instead of 5. The rewards card was quick and easy. Everything was true from start to finish A+

The dealer was very helpful and answered every question . the top came in with a perfect color match and installation was under an hour , there no leaks and i am recommending your cap and the installer. the only fly in the ointment is the rebate card was difficult to activate and Tremendous is working to resolve this issue

Sales was great when I ordered on March 27th, 2026. Since then I have yet to experience my topper, as of 05/12, it still has not arrived. Dealer advised me it will be here tomorrow afternoon, hopefully. Like is said, sale was exceptional, not impressed with factory delivery.

This is the second time that I've purchased a shell from Custom Topper in Tucson. I have been very happy with their service. This last one "Ranger" seems to be great, I've had it about two months.

10 out of 10 do NOT recommend this brand of camper shell. It was installed by the dealer and fit great at first but it seems in the last three months it has deformed or stretched out and now the rear door doesn't close properly. There are zero ways I have found to contact the company. If I had done better homework and realized this was a company under the Ranch brand of shells, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. Ranch has always been a cheaper brand with fitment issues. I hate that I paid this much for the shell and I have zero help from the company with supposedly a lifetime warranty but no way to get a hold of them!!! Avoid them.

I purchased a Ranch Legacy lid. it was installed 7-9-2025. Within a couple of months, the left latch came loose (screw stripped out).
I went back to the dealer (Madison Truck Equipment), and they were told to add second screw.
That worked for a few more months.
I replaced the screws, and of now it is holding.
On 4/7/2026, the screw the held the pull down strap came out.
I went back to the dealer, and they said to drill a hole and put a bolt in it.
For what I paid for this, i should not have to cobble it together.
If I knew this would fall apart, I would have bought a different brand.

I’ve been checking out the truck tops from Venturous and I’m really liking what I see so far. Their PolyFuse technology sounds like a big step up. It’s supposed to be stronger and more durable than traditional fiberglass, but also lighter at the same time. That combo really stands out to me since I want something tough without adding a ton of weight to my truck. Definitely high on my list right now.
