I may be out $700. I signed my daughter up for classes and was charged twice. I called to request a refund for the 2nd charge and was told it was processed. I was given a confirmation number and the money would show up in my account in a few days. My bank has confirmed the money has not hit my account, 4 months later. ( I know I should have checked my account sooner) DriveSafe said they would look into it and call me back. It has been two weeks since they said that and I haven't heard from them so I am letting my bank address it.

This company and its monopoly in the CO area is appalling. Is this why there are so many terrible drivers in this state? After having a daughter and two nieces go through this program, there is a major issue with this gem having the only market share for instruction. The system fails only at the most convenient times. Like dmv test day, so they all , at different times, couldn’t test on their days. Who do you get to share your concerns with? Nobody, because they don’t have to care. They have this contract on CO no matter what. Now after being behind one of their cars with an instructor and student in it, I am more worried about what is being taught. Not only was the student going an unsafe speed of 25 in a 40. They had instructions to get in the left/passing lane to keep up this jam in traffic. Please do something about this CO, you are creating terrible drivers. Plus this monopoly is not what this capitalist society wants or needs. Glad we moved to AL and lost all the fees we had to pay in as well, no refunds btw. Well, at least I can rest knowing my daughters will grow up as sensible, well trained drivers. Being they didn’t have to finish learning bad habits to appease a terrible choice in systems.

I have learned a lot, I-have been driving around and so far so good. Been very cautious around when I am driving. Thank you to all my Driving instructors I do not remember their names but they are all awesome. I will recommend DriveSafe Driving School to all my friends. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This is one of the hardest milestones to cross. Drivesafe made the process comforting and did a phenomenal job teaching my son the rules and consequences of the road. Highly recommend

Drive safe taught my then 15 year old some great driving techniques. Really nice teachers, the staff on the phone were great, the website is user friendly. We had a great experience.

Making schedule more availability and did a lot of cancelling of my appointments other than that the experience was good

We loved the time and care they took to teach our daughter how to drive. They were patient and equipped her to drive in the snow. She passed her driving test on the first try. This made the licensing process easy.

Great experience at the smoky hill location, we had go to the Denver location for the Driver test on Colfax and Dayton I believe. The group of professional Women at that location gave me hope again. They went above and beyond their duty! I wish I can give names but I don’t remember their names. They was so wonderful and words can not Describe them! We were truly blessed with the petite woman that took my nephew on the drive test, thank you all so much for giving us a Awesome Experience we will never forget thank you!

We used Drive Safe to help our son obtain his driver's license. They were really great to work with, even in the face of all the difficulties that came with coming out of the Covid crisis.

This was such a great environment for my child to learn to drive. The staff was amazing. They made my child feel safe and supported, as well as myself.

Drivers test vehicle had engine trouble. A bunch of kids in the lobby taking their permit test, very cramped & distracting environment for them. Inconsistent feedback from staff.

Wish I’d looked deeper into my options, as this was not a good experience and I feel taken advantage of.

We had a great experience with Drive Safe, my son enjoyed his driving lessons and felt comfortable with his instructors. I loved how he could take the driver's license test at the nearest office with instructors he already knew. It definitely cut down on the nerves.

I'm 50 years old and hadn't driven for 10 years, by choice. I was somewhat embarrassed, when most of the students are teenagers. The staff immediately put my mind at ease, by saying I wasn't the oldest person they have given lesson or a test to. LOL! I was able to come in for my driving lesson and immediately afterward, my driver's test. I'm really careful, and I studied hard, so I passed. I had a really great instructor, Maria Valdez. She totally ROCKS! I hope it was a memorable experience for her, as well! Thank you, DriveSafe!
