Matthew Corey I had told him from the beginning we couldn't pay for the bumper to bumper insurance but he kept insisting I had put a review up like this and he kept harassing me saying I was on the low income help program and I would get Help with my credit repair not email saying they were going to help but never got it no one should have to pay $99 to get refinanced for a lower rate that's just this big scam like the refinance and solutions they're doing the same $99 scam a true refinance place like we've talked to already said you have to pay nothing to get refinanced the credit repair that was supposed to be free never happened all that happened is a whole bunch of waste of time because I told him from the get-go I couldn't pay for my car payment for so many up to 6 months he said 4 to 6 months I'm supposed to pay my car payment that I told him I had $20 left afterwards but I'm supposed to come up with an extra $180 some dollars on top of that for the bumper to bumper even though they haven't even financed it yet or any of that but it seems to me that it was more about getting me the bumper to bumper deal than anything didn't even get the refund that I was supposed to get that they promised me from the dealership they said that was null and void that they did not have to do that because it has been to long I know he will be blowing up our numbers with all his flunkies but I went to the actual website and it says refinancing him as little as 4 to 6 weeks not months and what's funny is everything's different color than what the web page that they sent us to looks like 🤔 and sending my wife text messages saying you gave us stuff for free you didn't give us nothing for free what happened to the credit repair you was supposed to have giving a call on the 23rd or the 22nd you either one never called and you said that was going to be free so where's the free there hasn't been nothing given to us for free a refinance company makes their money off of the refinance they don't charge their customers and try to force them into getting something for their vehicle when saying they're protecting their assets when it ain't even their asset it is my asset and I have full coverage insurance on it trying to make me get a lesser insurance through your insurify saying they're the same coverage when they don't cover the same things was that downgrade you was trying to force me into getting stuff I did not want and did not need or want don't worry I got to keep her right then you would have ever dreamed of giving me on my finance if you would have listened to me from the get-go I told you we could not afford what you was telling us you needed us to do that's why I'm giving you a bad review Plus you'll keep on trust pilot until they remove my review so you can keep your five star review you just really pissed me off by telling me I was going to be getting calls and I sit here all day waiting not once not twice multiple times if you can't keep your dates that you have on with your customers don't make them and if you would listen to your customers from the get-go and what happened to the low income help that we was supposed to qualify for never heard anything else about that finance companies finance refinance and all that for free they included in their deal you was just trying to make more money in the end off of us ain't nothing free we done learned that and you stored my credit card without my permission and quit harassing my wife lol 😂 what free credit repair I was the one needing it not her but nobody ever called like you promised we sit here all day long for two days waiting for a phone call that we never received so that's what's got this all started plus the days we waited for you to call yeah you had a kid but you shouldn't have made appointments or you should have had somebody else call and tell them that they was calling for you not when we say your name they just hang up or act like they don't know who you are and why is there another website with your exact same logo name just different colors and they say they can refinance in four to six weeks I contacted them and they said oh no that's not right 4 to 6 months like you was saying but you are saying oh it's because of the credit repair and they said no you don't need no credit repair since you're already financed the scam is no one should be having to pay $99 for refinancing take it as you will never said your company it's just kind of weird the there's two websites out there one with this color and one with this color and you click on the opposite color of yours and it takes you to a refinancing calculator no charge for refinancing that just doesn't make sense and like all the refinancing places I've talked to none of them believe in anyone should have to pay $99 that should be figured in with the refinancing fees and none of them make you get any type of bumper to bumper insurance until they have the financing in their name

Five stars isn't enough for Drive Point Exchange! Mathew Corey provided tremendous customer service from start to finish. I felt valued as a person, not just another customer. The level of care, communication, and support I received was incredible. I honestly thought I had run out of options and wouldn't be accepted by any refinancing company, but Drive Point Exchange proved me wrong. They made the entire experience easy and reassuring. I'm extremely grateful for everything they did and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate refinancing company.

I'm very glad I received a call from DrivePoint. They help with auto refinancing, your credit score, and more (I originally thought it was just the refinancing aspect). They gave me a much better certification than the warranty I had spent more for at the dealership, and I was able to cancel the dealership's warranty and get a refund. But the very main reason for this review is the excellent service from Quanyce (Q) and Amir. Quanyce handled almost everything before I was transferred to Amir, and if she is your agent or representative, you are in luck. Her approach, customer service, and explanation of provided services was what made me 100% confident in going with this company versus any other I had received calls from.

As soon as they took my debit card for the so called "refinancing my vehicle" They triple charged it and blocked me on every contact. Scammers!! dont trust them! And he pays his employees to give him good reviews. They have not called me back after i called the bank. You pay your employees to boost yourself on these rating websites! You can be taken down!
