Drive Car Hire Tasmania Recensioni

I went with Drive after reading these reviews. The online check-in was seamless, great communication. I spoke with Kelly and Joseph about changing our drop off from airport to city and they suggested they could collect car from our Hobart hotel which made things so easy for us. Both were very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Everything about this company was wonderful from start to end! Amazing customer service, clean cars, great pricing. Highly recommend!

An exceptional experience from start to finish.
Online booking is simple and there are excellent instructions for collecting and returning car at the airport.
Customer service enquiries are attended to promptly and courteously.
Highly recommended.

First time hiring a car from Drive. Great experience and value for money. Will definetely use Drive Car hire again in Tassie

Great customer service, easy to get and drop off vehicle, always use these guys in Tasmania!

Great car. Good local company. Would recommend using Drive.

Drive Care Hire were great to deal with. We had no booking, walked into their office and we were driving away within half and hour. Would recommend.

Easy hassle free non-pushy service. Felt good to support local. Staff showed me the basics before driving an electric car which was handy.

Great communication. Very easy pick up and drop off. Vehicle was pristinely clean inside and out. Very impressed with the winter upgrade. Made the hiring cost extremely affordable.

We were most impressed that you delivered our Hire Car to the Hotel, even earlier than we had expected. Throughout our Tasmanian journey, which was a steep learning curve of the cars technology we were most impressed with the Kona’s ability. Our car had more than adequate power & handled extremely well. Thank you Jospeh, Andrew and Team Members for looking after us so well…We have never before experienced such a high level of service and care prior to dealing with Drive Car Hire…On our next visit to Tasmania we will be using your first class service again.

Easy instructions to follow to pick up the car. We had no issues with the car while we enjoyed our holiday in Tassie. It handled all the windy roads and hills easily. I’d recommend Drive Car Hire and if we come back, we’ll get in touch. Thank you.

Excellent service will definitely use them again

Excellent service with very streamlined booking and pick-up/drop-off instructions which ensured a hassle free car hire experience. We'll certainly use Drive Car Hire Tasmania next time we visit this beautiful State.

The pick up and drop off of vehicle was extremely simple leaving behind the having to que up, straight off plane and straight to car. The car was in excellent condition, well maintained and perfect for our trip.

Great little car very efficient would recommend you to others

The collection of the Hyundai Kona from Hobart city was smoothly and personably conducted by the Drive Car representative. The car itself was in great nick and performed to our expectations during our stay in Tasmania without any need to contact Drive Car. The contactless drop off at Hobart Airport was not so straightforward as a result of airport construction works causing some confusion.
We would definitely use them again, particularly as they are a locally owned and operated company.

The hybrid car is new and well maintained. The staff courteous and gave clear instructions and answer my questions well

Helped us hire a car last minute as the previous company wouldn’t accomodate p-platers. The lady with the dark hair at the front office was Super helpful and had friendly service. 😊
