I ordered 10 drinks, CPRESS left them out over 24 hours according to the tracker. The drinks spoiled and won't give me a refund.
Will never be ordering the products again.

Dear John, please note that we use DPD for our deliveries. You should have received a notification email / text with a delivery time slot. Since our juices are perishable we ask our clients to be home to reception the delivery.
We have emailed you to resolve this and looking forward to hearing back from you.

Excellent products and good value for money , their boosters are clearly far superior to what’s available out there. Love the lemonades and detox water. Highly recommended!

Great customer service
It’s a few years since I last did a juice cleanse but 3 days into a 5 day program I’m really enjoying it. I had an issue with my delivery but the speed at which the problem was picked up and dealt with was amazing! Just remember if you feel hungry drink a large glass of water, it’s most likely to be dehydration.

My juices were delivered incorrectly…
My juices were delivered incorrectly and at wrong (not scheduled) time. I tried to reach customer service but was ignored. Will try the juices one more time and hopefully they are delivered correctly. If not I won’t be using again.

I have been using CPRESS juices regularly for a few months now and I am obsessed! Celery juice is now a major part of my daily routine and I have a 1 day cleanse every week at the moment…hoping to increase that in the new year
Delivery, order content, service - all ultra reliable and accurate and I couldn’t recommend more highly
