Easy to design and order!
I ordered custom coffee mugs and they turned out great! It was easy to order and I had all the help i needed designing the mugs. I am very pleased with my order, and I would order again from this company in the future. Thank you.

Product looks great. Very pleased with the end product. Gave a four star instead of five star as the selection of product was limited to supply issues from Manufacturer, I know this is out of Drinkbranders control.

You are correct that we unfortunately cannot control the supply issues happening all over the nation. No one is more concerned about that than us, as Covid has not been kind to our business.

Amazing Customer Service!
The design team at drink branders was extremely helpful and very fast to reach out to me upon my request for a design mockup, as well as through the communication process. They worked with me as I changed my design and were very helpful in explaining the checkout process. My order came out exactly how I had hoped and I will definitely be working with them in the future for customized items like the company tervis's that they just made for me.

Fast Delivery & Professional Design

Employees were kind and helpful via…
Employees were kind and helpful via email. However, there were two main issues:
- The water bottles I originally ordered weren't actually in stock. Stock should be made clear on the website, BEFORE a purchase is made.
- When I switched my order to a different water bottle, I had to follow up with employees a few times to get my new receipt/refund.
Overall, I am happy with the water bottles. But, the ordering process/stock should have been more transparent and the refund/receipt should have been issued right away with the new order.

i had some issues with my order, which were covid related, and drinkbranders post-purchase took action to make sure other customers didn't have the same experience. going to re-order from them because of this.

We are very sorry your experience made you feel we deserved 2 stars. Covid has been very difficult for most business, especially related to stock that is completely out of our control. With the numerous items we carry on our site, it's simply not possible to update the stock directly on our website as it is literally changing daily. Unfortunately we (and our manufacturers) are as frustrated as you with the timeliness of items being shipped.
