We have often looked at the latest products offering similar results that we know from 4D but always come back. 4D will continue to be our go-to supplement for years. Great product and consistency.

We love 4-D my kids and I have one every day in the morning. My oldest daughter is an athlete and drinks 4-D in the morning and before practice in the evening. She loves the recovery in addition to the energy she gets

What a difference!

I can really tell a difference in how I feel since I started using 4D. Plus, it's making me drink more so I'm staying better hydrated.

Completely addicted

Completely addicted! Not loving the Dreamsicle flavor, but still drinking it because I love how I feel! Will definitely put Fruit Punch on the auto ship instead of Dreamsicle.

I drink this at least once a day

I drink this at least once a day. It's great for that mid afternoon drowsiness. It gives me clarity when I need it without the excess if caffeine. It's also what I use before my workout in the morning. No sugar, no gluten and lots of supplements for hydration. I share with my friends when I get the opportunity.
