Great dunks and the subscription service works very well

Didn’t enjoy them at all. Tastes like toothpaste. Had to throw 4 out. I have no idea how testers etc thought this would be a product that people would buy!

Really impressed with TRIP overall. The drinks taste genuinely great — super refreshing and actually enjoyable to have regularly.

What stood out the most though is their communication. It’s been fantastic from start to finish. There have been a couple of hiccups with the delivery company, but every time something’s come up, TRIP have been really quick to respond, and they sort things out straight away.

Great product backed by even better customer service.

Really nice drinks, perfect as an alternative to an alcoholic drink. The flavours are really delicious and they aren’t too fizzy. Getting the subscription saves money and it’s easy to put back the date if you don’t need them one month.

Love both the calm and cbd. great choice of flavours and great price. would recommend

I ordered a great deal on their TikTok shop for 12 cans of Magnesium infused drinks and the Magnesium powder for £10 as part of their "Easter deals"
My delivery turned up a day later and the powder was missing. Not only did they refuse to send this, I felt the responses from their CS team were condescending and repetitive. They kept blaming TikTok! It's not acceptable. The only way I could get the powder (as they refused to send it out by itself!) was to return the whole package.
I'm honestly disgusted by their customer service. I accepted a partial refund of a fiver (when the powder is worth a lot more) I won't ever purchase through them again or buy their drinks in any stores.
Their TT shop is a complete and utter con and I would recommend that people avoid it like the plague! My review is not the first to mention that they miss out items that should be in the parcels! So you think you've got a great deal but they're not giving you half the items you purchased.
I'll just get some magnesium tablets or powder from a better brand than these utter cowboys.
UPDATE: My cans are out of date when I went to crack one open! Unreal! Best before of February. The actual audacity of this company.

These drinks are great for an evening beverage to help you unwind after a long day of work. I also get better sleep because I feel more relaxed. I never thought my sleep could improve. Great product!

This company is endangering the health of its customers by including enormous doses of vitamin D in products that are advertised as ashwagandha supplements. There is no compelling reason to do this, and no medical professional advises the consumption of so much vitamin D for healthy individuals.

I have wasted a fairly large sum of money purchasing an ashwagandha supplement that I can no longer use without risking my health. Irresponsible in the extreme.

I love the taste of Peach and Ginger! Has replaced alcoholic drinks and a fraction of the calories…

Loved the drinks, but there was some confusion over the subscription, and I received duplicate orders within a week. Very quickly resolved with customer service. Highly recommended.

Oh wow, these are my new go to drink! I’ve swapped out regular fizzy drinks for Trip drinks, and I find they really do help me calm down in the evenings and help me fall asleep easier. I was sceptical but they really do help me relax.

Never take out a subscription!!!
You get no warning so you can defer a delivery if you don't want it. They just send you a shipping notice that you have been charged. I am drowning in the stuff and despite emailing they just ship more.
Click on a cancellation button and you just get pages of T&Cs
Easy to log in and do an order but to get into hour subscription you need a special code emailed to you which was invalid by the time the email arrived todsy.
I was convinced I jumped through these hoops last time and had cancelled so was horrified to get an email today telling me more had shipped.
This company deliberately make cancellation so hard and confusing you are stuck with it.
Don't had any issues with any other company I order on subscription. They respond to their emails, their website makes it easy to cancel or amend and they give you a couple of days warning the order is due to ship, Trip do not

Ordered a 24 drink package , and two boxes of gummies . I had two of the gummies and developed gastro-intestinal problems . Great products ,just not for me . Contacted the company promptly explaining the problem. Offered a 20% discount . Products not returnable ? Read through the terms and conditions, which are very comprehensive . Unfortunatly the returns policy is a grey area . Normal consumer rights don’t seem to apply . Beware .these products cost me nearly £40,00 I recieved £7.00 back .

This is my go-to little treat when I want to relax! Some flavors are hit or miss, but the elderflower and orange ones are absolutely delicious. I've been buying them for over two years and still love them!

Non-existent customer service which will prevent me from dealing with them again. Disappointing.

Good products but there a bit too pricey.

Excellent service with quick delivery. But the drinks are not very tasty. Most have a garden herb taste to them which makes them seem savoury and not refreshing. I brought 2 boxes of mixed flavours (24 cans) and I’ve yet to find one I like. It’s almost a chore to drink. The idea of the drink is great it’s just not for me.

Ordered on the website, came within days. Got the variety pack and they're mostly fine but they feel pricey, they do well for me as a coke replacement. The only flavour i really enjoyed which I bought separately is Cherry Lemon.
