The Drift team have been nothing but exceptional.
We reached out to Drift after a previous supplier failed to deliver, leaving our clients with a defective product. Zed was our sales consultant, and his compassion, knowledge and communication were nothing less than exceptional. They provided us with quick solutions and options to assist in rectifying the situation. They had absolutely no obligation to help, but went above and beyond, which was truly appreciated.
The team were accommodating to our customisation requests for larger bases and worked with us to provide our clients with an outstanding result. The clients are very happy, which makes my job very easy.
Will continue to highly recommend Drift.

Improve assembly instructions
I ordered a bed online during BlackFriday and I was impressed with the timely delivery!
It arrived just when expected ,which was a big plus. However I did encounter a bit of trouble with the assembly instructions. The instructions were only 1 page long and not very clear, making it somewhat challenging to put everything together.
I really think a youtube video with assembly instructions would have made the process much smoother. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase, but a little more guidance would go a long way in improving the experience.

Ordered the Solara ottoman bed in super…
Ordered the Solara ottoman bed in super king size. It looks amazing. The service from the company was great. Kept me informed of what was going on & when it was being delivered. Even the delivery men were nice. They Followed up after the delivery to make sure everything was good. All in all a good experience. Would highly recommend.
