I would highly recommend Dr Helen to anyone or any family who needs advice and help on any allergy / eczema related problems.
My partner and I now have knowledge and an understanding of our little boys eczema flare up (potential causes, treatment , what to do & what not to do) and how we are to deal with it moving forward.
One thing we wish is we would have got in contact with Dr Helen sooner!!

Professional from start to finish, very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns.

We have been following Dr Helen for a while for advice on allergies and eczema so had quite high expectations when we booked an in-person appointment at her clinic. I am pleased to say that Dr Helen did not disappoint. She assessed our daughter in a thorough and holistic way, which was so assuring. I would recommend Dr Helen over and over again to anyone who has a child struggling with eczema. Our 2 year old developed discoid eczema and we really struggled to get a grip of it with 8 trips to the doctors. We were told nhs wait for a dermatologist was 2 years. Gps had limited knowledge and the treatments given did not help only reduce before flaring up again. The eczema got infected and we had antibiotics. We booked a private dermatologist appointment but this was 4 months away. In the meantime I was getting very stressed as my little one kept scratching his eczema and cutting his skin up even though I cut his nails short. One day I came across Dr Helen on Facebook and I joined the group looking for answers. I read posts every day and she seemed really genuine and helpful. I decided to book a 1:1 with Helen and she was able to do this within a week. She’s so knowledgeable and helpful. She had my little one on a treatment plan, gave me the confidence to know what I was doing was right and prescribed me what I needed. I was then able to follow up with questions if needed after the 1:1. This really helped my son and his eczema as it was cleared within 2 weeks after 6 months of suffering. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for help with their child’s eczema and can’t thank her enough!!

Dr Helen was very informative and thorough with my son. She did several tests and really put my mind at ease.

This workshop on independent toileting truly changed our potty training experience. Within 2 weeks... my 2.5 year old son had cracked it and is dry at nap times...sometimes over night! Caroline uses such simple but thought provoking techniques that really make you see it from your little person's point of view. Thank you so much Helen & Caroline! X

I have recently signed up for the subscription service with Dr Helen Allergy and I only have good things to say about her and the whole service provided. We had our 1-1 within a few days of me signing up and although it should have been 15 mins, she definitely gave me more of her time to go over both my children's history and plan going forward. I have never understood their conditions (eczema and allergies) as well as I do since signing up for Dr Helens help.

All the experts within the group are so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I would say the biggest thing for me is I feel validated, whilst giving useful, practical advice Dr Helen is also very compassionate to the stress of being a parent to children with allergies.

My only regret is that I didn't find this service sooner!
