Dr. Nurein is a highly professional, competent and experienced surgeon with a great personality.

For years I was looking for a surgeon I could trust completely. When I chose Dr. Nurein as my surgeon there were two criteria that played a decisive role:
The first criteria was competency. In my research for a qualified doctor, I couldn't find a single surgeon in Germany who specialised in gynaecomastia. Most surgeons are not focused on one particular surgical procedure but offer different treatments, which does not engender trust in me, but doubt and scepticism. Dr. Nurein, on the contrary, is specialised in gynaecomastia. He only carries out gynaecomastia surgeries - and he has been doing so for many years which is a clear argument for his expertise and experience. The second criteria was that the operation should be performed under local anaesthetic, which Dr. Nurein does.

I've had my surgery two weeks ago. Thanks to the lovely nurses who knew how to ease my nervousness and fear I was feeling comfortable during the surgery. They explain every single step and make sure that you are relaxed and feel no pain or discomfort. Although it may take a few more weeks until the final result, my chest already looks much better and flatter. The difference between before and after is astonishing. I am very grateful and excited to see the end result. Many thanks to Dr. Nurein and his staff!

Due to a failed surgery in the Netherlands, I was looking to only choose the best of the best for the revision. After searching I came across Dr Nurein. Dr Nurein and his colleagues were very nice and upfront from the beginning. He made me feel that he was very confident in his work as he exactly opted out what he wanted to do. The surgery was under local and went very well, with them offering lots of mental support during. The aftercare is also excellent as they are always available for questions. After seeing the results I was speecheless, I can only confirm his expertise. My advice: Dont look any further, this is the best. Definitely recommend to others!

Started to notice prominent breast growth during puberty, was always self-conscious about it growing up which led to me not participating in much sport and being overweight during my teenage years and into my late twenties.

Lost over 7 stone over the course of about 18 months through diet and exercise but was still left with noticeable Gynecomastia.

Started the journey into having the breasts removed, I first enquired about having the surgery abroad. The method used is an excision under each breast and everything is removed, including any excess fat and glandular tissue. The excess skin is also removed and then you’re stitched back up.

Whilst having the surgery abroad would be substantially cheaper, I could not live with the level of scarring that I had seen in various post-op photos. Why go through all that just to be left with something potentially aesthetically worse than the Gynecomastia itself?

All during my research into Gynecomastia treatment the same clinic and more specifically the same surgeon kept cropping up in reviews and forums- BE Cosmetics and Dr Nurein.

I first looked at all the available videos on YouTube of the procedure performed by Dr Nurein at the BE Cosmetics clinic on Harley Street and scheduled a video consultation and then had FREE face to face consultation with Dr Nurein.

Again he explained the procedure which I was extremely familiar with having watched several of the Doctor’s videos on YouTube, the method used is Vaser/Lipo,gland removal and BodyTite skin tightening . All done with minimal scarring and all done under local anaesthetic.

Incisions are made near each side of armpit to allow access for the Vaser/Lipo, for the most part it was painless but there were a few moments of stinging when the fat was being broken down/removed.

Dr Nurein is constantly checking to see if your pain levels are manageable and will apply more local anaesthetic if needed which I did ask for.

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the lovely auxiliary nurse Agnieszka who was probably one of the most kind and bubbly healthcare professionals I’ve ever encountered, she was holding my hand when she sensed I was tensing up during fleeting moments of pain and was real calming presence.

Overall I would describe the pain as being very minimal and felt more of pushing/pulling sensation than anything else.

Next came the gland removal via the nipple and that was totally painless as was the skin tightening and just like that the procedure was done!

I estimate it took just over an hour, I was bandaged up and a compression vest was put on and I was free to go. I was given a post-op pack with spare bandages/compression vest/paracetamol and a lolly pop!

My overall experience with Dr Nurein and his team has been fantastic and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Having done my due diligence and research for the best surgeon once I found Dr. Nurein there was no other surgeon I wanted to carry out this procedure for me.

His team was excellent in the build up to the surgery and day of the surgery I was very nervous as this was massive for me but I was made to feel very comfortable through the whole process, once the local anaesthetic was given you cannot feel anything no pain whatsoever. I was guided through different parts of the surgery and constantly reassured.

I am almost 2 weeks post op and could not be happier with it my results so far. This really will and has changed my life, although I’ve wanted this surgery for the best part of 15+ years, in a way I’m so glad I never got it done previously so that Dr. Nurein had the opportunity to do this procedure.

I can’t quite put into words how I am feeling. For over 15 years I’ve wanted gyno surgery and was in fear. I have done years of research, watching videos etc. I finally decided enough was enough.

Dr Nurein and the team are clearly the leaders in the fields. Everything was seamless. I didn’t particularly enjoy the actual surgery, but that was my nerves and anxiety more than anything. The nurse made me laugh a lot and held my hand throughout and before I knew it, it was done.

I’m 10 days post surgery and I look completely different in a t shirt. My chest for the first time in 20 years looks masculine and exactly how I wanted it. Thank you so much! I can’t wait for full recovery so I can go shopping and finally wear a t-shirt in the summer and take my top off on holiday 🙌

Honestly don’t waste your time & money with anyone else. Dr Nurein is hands down the best around. I wish I had gone to him first time round. Dr Nurein did revision surgery putting right another surgeons mistakes. He is highly skilled with a lovely team of nurses & staff. Made the process so easy. Thank you.

I found Dr Nurein after years of research looking for someone to correct a previous botched surgery (done elsewhere). My consultation was simple as was the surgery. The whole process was quick and straightforward, Exactly as explained during the consultation and although it’s only day 10 post op and I’m still swollen the results are clearly visible. The nurses are great and obviously well versed in keeping you calm and comfortable throughout the procedure and Dr Nurein is obviously gifted at what he does evident from all the before and after pics. I was apprehensive for 2 main reasons, the first was the result, after having a previous botched surgery 14 years ago and the disappointment that followed for all those years I really hoped he could deliver a better result. The second was the thought of it being carried out under local and how painful it may be… Well it was uncomfortable at worst and bearable for the most part. Like many other reviews I’d read before my surgery I wish I’d done it sooner. Thanks to Dr Nurein and the team.

Dr. Nurein is a great professional who knows what he is doing, he and his team shoutout also to Aga the assistant she is excellent to put people at ease, have made my experience feel very easy.

The doctor is very straightforward and will tell you what he is going to do and what you’re going to feel every step of the surgery and in my experience it has not been painful at all just a bit discomfort which last few seconds.

Am onto second week post-op now and every time I look at the mirror I get a little emotional because I challenged my man boobs for more than 20 years since childhood, I been called names and got mocked countless of times by friends, I tried all sort of diets and exercises but that chest won’t improve the fat won’t go away whilst it took about 1 hour for Dr. Nurein to get rid of those glands and get me a flat chest and my boobs are finally gone!

Can not wait to recover get fully fit and never have to fear nor feel uncomfortable ever again to take my shirt off and this all thanks to Dr. Nurein for whom I am very grateful.

Having checked reviews and people's experiences with Dr Nurein, I was pretty confident going into the surgery.

The nurses did a great job at explaining everything and making sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the surgery. Dr Nurein would explain what he's doing every step of the surgery.

Once the anesthesia kicks in you don't feel any pain. You just feel a little prodding but it's bearable. Before I knew it the operation had been finished and what a relief to see those glands removed.

I'm 12 days post OP and I'm loving my flat chest. Of course my body is still healing so I won't see the full results yet but overall I'm happy with how it went.

It’s been slightly over a year since I’ve had my 2nd op so I feel comfortable sharing results. The team and dr Nurein were great all throughout (I’ve been to both Sheffield and London clinics). As for results slightly disappointed with right side of my chest as there is still a bit of gyno but from before it’s a huge improvement.

3 weeks post surgery and must say I’m absolutely over the moon with how everything has gone. Throughout the whole process I felt valued and reassured that I was in good hands. I’ve had an operation or two in the past but never anything cosmetic until this.

On the day of the surgery the whole team made a conscious effort to ensure that I was calm, relaxed and ready for the surgery, with regular check ins with me throughout the time I was under the knife.

I can not recommend getting this done enough if you suffer with the negative side of gyno. I’ve had it for nearly two decades and finally got fed up of being contentious about it always worrying about how I may be perceived and if people would be able to notice it depending on what I was wearing, avoiding going swimming and always covering up on holiday.

So I finally took the plunge and after researching several clinics I decided to go with Dr Nurien and his team and I must say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Only 3 weeks post Op and I feel the weight of the world is no longer on my shoulders. Almost like the shackles have been taken off and I’m free to be me again without any anxiety in public settings. I gotten back a level of confidence that had evaded me for years. Don’t hesitate if you suffer like I did with this issue then get in touch with them ASAP you won’t regret it.

I Would definitely recommend anyone for the services provided from Dr Nurein and his staff the service received was impeccable from the beginning to the end.

Dr nurein and his team are great.
Personally I didn't enjoy my experience with the op, as although it only lasted 45mins-1hr I could still feel pain and I just wanted it to end. I guess that's just part of the experience though.
I've been debating this surgery since being a teenager and I'm so glad Ive just gone ahead with it .
If you're thinking about it, just go for it.

I want to start off by saying that the whole experience was pretty good. The staff were friendly and very professional, you were made to feel at ease from the start and the aftercare was pretty on point. The surgery itself was pain free and wasn’t nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. The surgical scars I have are very small and not recognisable and from all this aspects I was pleased and impressed. Unfortunately after the surgery I was left with dips in my chest known as craters, which had come from him being to severe with the extraction. I went to see Dr Nurein again and he said that he thought it would be best to try more liposuction to try and even it out. I had done a lot of research and realised that the best way to help with my problem would be fat transfer. We didn’t agree on what my next step would be to rectify it so I decided to not go back for more extraction. I’m currently looking round for another place to do the fat transfer! I gave 3 stars because the service was good but the results were not what I was after

My surgery with Dr Nurein was seamless, I have experienced no complications and I am healing well. The results are visible almost immediately and look amazing.
The surgery it’s self is very quick and professional and all instructions are clear.
I would recommend anybody that needs this procedure doing to get it done with Dr Nurein and his team!

Day 9 after app and everything great, already the results are clear. Great service, it’s worth getting the best when you having surgery and this team are best!

I’m not sure why it’s taken me 2+ years to write a review for this, but it’s better late than never. Had the surgery on my left pec, back in October 2021. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Since the surgery, I’ve been able to enjoy life so much more than prior to it. The pain the gyno caused me, physically and mentally, was unbearable. So since it was removed, my well-being had increased, I’ve never been in better shape, I can focus on things far more, too. Simple things such as watching a film, going to the gym, sitting on a train, reading a book etc. those things are far easier now I have the mental clarity of not being in constant pain. Thank you, Dr Nurein. Truly. It was worth every penny.

After having gyno since the age of 12/13, I’ve always had self confidence problems with my chest and wanted surgery. Having never had an operation, I was absolutely petrified of going under the knife, but finally bit the bullet 9 days ago and had bilateral gland extraction with vaser lipo.

I can tell any prospective client of Dr Nurein, the procedure itself painless and took about 50mins with an additional 20mins either side for pre op consultation and post op aftercare. The initial injection of local anaesthetic (which people say is the worse bit) is no different to getting a flu jab.

Day 1 - 3 post op, I’ve had some mild soreness (comparable to after a heavy weight training session) which has been controlled by over the counter paracetamol.

Day 4 onwards, no soreness or pain relief.

The surgical team are fantastic, Olga and Hanna quickly put you at ease, and are right beside you for comfort throughout the procedure. The professionalism of Dr Nurein and his team clearly demonstrate why they are the leading gyno clinic in the UK.

9 days post op, the results have exceeded my expectations and I’m excited to see the final results in 6 months time once the swelling has subsided.

My only regret…..not having surgery sooner! So for those that are reading the reviews, watching YouTube videos and debating whether to go through with the procedure, don’t hesitate any longer and get booked in for life changing results.

I’m only 1 week post surgery so I am yet to see the final result, but I have confidence in the way it is looking and healing now. The whole procedure is over pretty quickly. The team around him is available to contact if you have any questions. I would have liked to have spoken to dr nurein after the surgery, but I understand the business side and how busy he is.
