I was having a great deal of trouble…

I was having a great deal of trouble with my credit card payment. The lady who helped me gave a number of suggestions to try, but I gave up. THEN, she asked me to delete the card that I was using, re-enter the info and try again. Unbelievable---it worked!!!

DHI run a very prompt service

DHI run a very prompt service. The product range is usually quite good. I would recommend the site for Dr. Haushka products.

If it’s good enough for J Lo it’s good enough for me

I love Dr Hauschka products and their delivery is fast and free over a certain amount. A lot of times there are special offers for free gifts. Overall a great company

I was about to place my monthly order…

I was about to place my monthly order and I have been having major problems finding a pencil parer for my eyeliner and eye brow pencils. I rang the office and asked by chance if they had any ideas. They said they had a supply and would send a complimentary one to me with my order. They did and it works like a dream. I know it is only a small thing but in a busy world when you are trying to look half-decent its lovely to have something as simple as a pencil parer that works like it should and whoever I spoke to in the office was so kind. Brilliant service! Thank you!

Rapid delivery and well packaged parcel. Thank you for the free gift of Cleansing Cream, which is a favourite. Great to have an online Dr Hauschka shop in Ireland.
