The support team was very helpful in connecting me with the correct doctor for the correct need. She walked me through the entire process, waited until I had completed everything before leaving, was thorough, knew her job incredibly well, and was professional, understanding and kind. Annie did an amazing job and chose a doctor who she communicated the concerns to and was prompt in his help.

A comforting experience
Dr Prunell was empathetic and professional. He treated my ailments with respect and without judgment, qualities difficult to find in a doctor (especially abroad). The process for the online visit was straight forward and the visit began promptly at the scheduled time. Thank you to Annie for your help in scheduling and communication.

Will use again
It took longer than expected to get to the Dr, but there was an emergency which I can understand. After that, it was very easy to talk to him & they were able to help me. The person helping me through the process was extremely nice and followed up with me via text. I haven't gone this route before, but will use again & have peace of mind I can get help if I'm traveling.

A very good telehealth experience
For the low price paid, I received written consultation and a one-on-one video consultation with a doctor. The doctor, I could tell, cared about my well-being. I had my questions answered on my condition.
