I would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had in my life - and that speaks volumes. I ordered a dress (size large), it took a month to come. When it came, it was two sizes too small (a small). I was like no problem, I'll just email them for an exchange since on their website policy they said they'd refund or send a new dress at their expense if the mistake was on their side. They responded saying I'd have to cover the extra shipping fees myself..I'm sorry what? If I hadn't carefully read the policy, I would've fell for that, but thankfully I did read it and sent them an email back iterating how that's unfair since its not my issue. They said ok, we'll send you the right size at our expense. A few weeks later (today), I get the package and go to try it on all excited, noticing that there's no tag with the size this time. Weird, but I didn't think much of it. I tried the dress on, IT FIT EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE FIRST ONE. So either they're very dishonest about their sizing that a large and a small fit the same OR they purposely sent me another small and took off the tag thinking they can get away with it. I don't get it, if you don't have a size just say it is out of order, don't send people the wrong order TWICE. What exactly am I supposed to do with two of the same dress when BOTH don't fit me. Moral of the story: don't order from them, you'll surely regret it.

I would not have choose any stars if it was possible!! OMG! I ordered the metal looking mini tools that they show ACTUALLY WORKING… they are rubber toddler toys !! I have been going back and forth with the seller who seems to think nothing is wrong !! False advertising!! Horrible customer service!! Site is a scam!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to contact the company regarding a return. At first, they tried to offer alternative solutions to avoid accepting the return, but I clearly explained that the dresses simply do not fit. I have no reason to keep dresses that I cannot wear.

After that, they stopped responding completely. I have continued to contact them, but I have received no reply. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase from this company again. I would not recommend it to anyone.

They informed me that the dresses might not fit because their sewing can be 2–3 cm off sometimes. I requested a return and was told I would need to pay €40. I explained that I would rather pay €40 to return the dresses than keep three dresses worth €157 that I cannot wear. They then suggested that I order another dress instead. But what is the point of ordering another one if it might not fit either, and I would have to pay another €40? That would mean paying €80 just to return clothes, which is absolutely unreasonable.

I have sent several emails and text messages, but I have not received any response.

Not at all like the picture, said the materiel is maid of coton/Lennen and it is not. They put the big Canadien flag but it's US money and made in China. Not worth the money that's for sure and good luck getting refund😤😡

When I finally got my item I found it was cheap and not at all like the photo.

The dress I chose was high quality and looked exactly like the photos on the website. I wore it to a wedding as a bridesmaid and was very happy with it.

i ordered from Dress for Love ( trust pilot says it's also known as Dresslova): Ordered two short and top sets. Both arrived today after a 20 day wait, and the fabric is terrible: cheapest static -y polyester I've ever seen. The material is listed online as "blended". The print is photographed onto the fabric, so it looks good on camera but is sheeny, cheap and nasty in real life. It's meant to be a baggy style so i followed their measurements closely, but the top is far too big and the shorts are much too small. I wish i had the option here or on their website to upload review photos. I was reassured by the price (my order was 90USD, on sale) but i can't believe anyone is asking this. These really could have been made in Vietnam/ Indonesia/ Bangladesh for 2USD a piece. Please learn from my mistake and avoid. The website won't recognise my email address so i cant even login to arrange a refund (order : JDF00028785 if anyone sees this and can assist me.)

It was my first time ordering from this website, and honestly, I was hesitant at first, but I was shocked I loved it so much! The dress arrived faster than I expected and it was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone complimented it and kept asking where it was from. The fabric is a bit light, so it’s better to wear it in the summer, but overall it was such a great experience I’d definitely order again!

I waited almost a month for my order just to be absolutely crushed at the site of the clothing. The garments and materials are different! Before getting my order they were really good at returning my email but as soon as I wanted to return and get a refund it was the end of contract with them. My best advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The quality of the clothes are actually really nice, I was skeptical about it but so far I have bought two dresses and both are good quality. I would say size up, as it tends to get a bit tighter around the waist but upto you, they have size chart for all dresses

Beware of scammers.. dress looked completely different and was super dirty. They don’t even want to refund.

I ordered from this website, but I was scammed. The dress wasn't shipped and I didn't get a refund. No one is replying to my messages. It's better to buy from trusted websites.

I have been waiting for weeks , it says delivered today which is a Sunday here and delivery does not happen so this is obviously a scam and I will be letting all social media platforms know that ! SCAM !

I would not recommend anyone to buy from this place, not only they don’t do returns but also you can’t exchange unless the dress came with a problem like a stain or being ripped . I usually wear a medium but there was no clear chart. When I contacted them they claimed that this is my problem, where is the problem to exchange with a bigger size we are ordering online problems and incorrect sizes will always appear but they will not help with anything. My first and last time buying anything from that store do will never recommend.

Never got it delivered to my home. The tracking link says so but the delivery proces was already doubtful and shady.

Dress was cheap looking and the underlayer was bunching up underneath as it wasn’t even sewn into the outer layer.
It also looked different to the one the model wore and the returns process was so hard I ended up paying almost half of the price of the dress to return

Beautiful dress and great for a wedding. I love it!
