the clothes were so cute on the website so i ordered over 100$ worth and paid tons for shipping and i think only half of them fit :/.. AND when i was opening the package there was this weird item all wrapped and taped up so i opened it and there were 2 large rocks inside .. I think they try to weigh the package more so they can charge you more for shipping !!! RIDICULOUS!!

I love dresshead clothing because not only is it cheap, it also has whatever is trendy now but for a fair amount of money. It's heave for me because I get bored very easily so if I am not a classical piece. I tend to buy it here! The thing is thought that since it's cheap, be aware of their quality!

Don't waste your money with this garbage. I'm absolutely livid! I ordered three dresses from them. They sent me the wrong size in the first dress I ordered, which was unlined and paper thin. The second was supposedly sized correctly to my measurments and didn't come close to fitting. It looked like it had been sew together by a child. Strings hanging off every button, the buttons themselves were scuffed and scraped and looks they were found in a dumpster. The third dress hangs so strange in the chest, it's impossible to cover your breasts, and thin as tissue paper. Can't find a contact number anywhere. I want my money back. Seriously don't spend a dime. On top of that it took forever to come. Checked the tracking number online which was invalid. Worthless company, worthless products, so mad.

Love dresshead. Always order from here, they deliver on time, the clothing is pretty cheap, the quality could be better but if you don't want to pay a lot, then this is the way to go, on top of that they have a HUGE selection!

Order the purse from dresshead was not the person I ordered was not what was pictured I have emailed them and PayPal waiting to see what happens

Prices are unbelievably low. I purchased 12 items, received 10. 2 were out of stock.

After my complaint they finally refunded me for those items. Most of them are very nice, comfortable. 1 item is pretty low quality. Not sure it will hold up to one wearing. However, 3 items were to small. They say 100% Guaranty Free Returns, they say returns will be handled in the US through UPS.

Now they are fighting me on the returns, saying I would have to pay shipping to Hong Kong. They offered a free dress with my next order if I just kept the clothes that don't fit. Does me no good. I filed complaints with the FTC and BBB.

Remember, you get what you pay for. For price I will probably use them again. For customer service I won't like it.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $26.

Preferred solution: Return my items per their Guaranty and exchange for correct sizes..

I liked: Styles, Price, Overall quality of items i ordered was good.

I didn't like: Sizes run small, Do not honor their return policy, Do not honor their 100 percent guarantee free returns, One item is poor quality, No phone number for customer support email response time is long.

I ordered a dress and heels to match. They said everything was in stock before i ordered. I emailed them 4 days later asking what’s going on because i heard nothing from them. They said my heels weren’t in stock and they will refund me and the dress will ship out. So they take my money and give a possible refund back. It’s been 2+ weeks, still haven’t got my dress when i need it in 3 days. I won’t look forward to getting it considering seeing the other comments. Total scam. Don’t waste your money here because that all you’re doing. Practically throwing your money away.

Terrible customer customer!!! It’s been three weeks since I’ve placed my order and they can’t even give me a status on my order!!!! I will never order from this unprofessional site AGAIN!!!!! Beware, A waste of time and money!!!!

I received my order. I never received my money back for the two dresses in my orders that I didn't receive.
The other two dress were nothing as I ordered.they were short as t-shirts. The one dress was supposed to be down to the ankles.
The quality of both dresses were nothing as it said in post.
They quality was beyond horrible!! Wasted my money...and waited three months for them to arrive. The jerwery I ordered was supposed to be Sterling silver and it was anything but that. I would send all back but I had a hard time finding an answer in emails. Plus No help...no phone number..Etc.. I will never order again from your sight. After all the time wasted and my money...I will be writing on the internet my oppion of exactly what sh#t I went through to receive my packages...plus horrible quality! And I never received my money back from what I ordered and didn't receive... dresshead.com is a scam!!!

DO NOT. IN ANY CASE. BUY FROM THIS SITE. Not only do they falsely claim that there are free unlimited returns, but the sizing is completely incorrect. They will not except returns, won't email you back & argue that you should have read the description more correctly. They are a SCAM & fraud at all levels. STAY AWAY

Update: I'd paid for my purchase through PayPal and after DressHead refused to respond to the claim I filed with the California Better Business Bureau (US address for the corporation is in Cali) I filed a claim with PayPal. PayPal received a response from DressHead and forwarded it to me -- DressHead provided their address to use for shipping in CHINESE! Okayyyyy great. Thanks for nothing PayPal. But wait I'm still really ticked off and I'm not going to let DressHead get away with this cr*p. After 37 mins on the phone with PayPal (I began by politely asked the PayPal representative if he would please "read the address they provided to me to use for my return and no surprise, 'Rick' advised that the address was in Chinese and he could not read Chinese - ummmm yeah I didn't think that Chinese was a popular language in India either), and so he escalated to his manager (who also could not read Chinese) you get the idea... Today I received an email from PayPal with the below address and PayPal is paying for the return shipping - wish me luck!

I received the 2 shirts I ordered from DressHead and found them to be of substandard quality - the material as well as the sewing and sizing.I immediately contacted DressHead customer service in accordance with the guidance provided on the Terms of Use page on their website.

I was advised that their warehouse was in Hong Kong and in direct conflict with the information provided on their website under the banner "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED Free Returns. UNLIMITED" I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping. I responded asking for the name, address and a phone number of the warehouse where I was to ship the defective shirts. Although I followed up via email on 3 additional occasions, to date, I have still not received this necessary information.

Further, as I have followed all of their terms and conditions as outlined on their website I should not have to pay for the cost to return these shirts period, let alone the cost to ship these shirts all the way back to Hong Kong.Their web site clearly states that US buyers do NOT have to ship their returns all the way back to the country of origin.

Dress head is not BBB not accredit . Do not shop no customer service sucks no telephone number . It’s a scam . When ask for return information all customer service says is pay SH. They stall in emailing you back so that your 30 days is up so that it’s too late for returns. Sizes not legit . Again do shop there . Also, takes a month to get your stuff from Hongkong

This is the first time I purchase items online and I have to say that here is really a good source for online shopping... The items I bought are exactly the same like what I saw from the website and even better quality than I expected! Thumbs up and I will come again next time!

Honestly I give this company a two star I bought a pair of pants for my granddaughter and they were way too small for her, they would fit me but if I bent over I would split them so 1)⭐️ Because it took about a month to get my order and 2nd) ⭐️⭐️ I ordered a large pants which I should’ve ordered a 4X large. People have to realize this company’s clothing is not from the USA It is coming from HongKong, if I knew I probably would not of ordered. I contacted the company and they told me I can send them back and get a refund but I’m not wasting postage Or my time to send this back. I will find someone who can fit the pants and blouse. Terrible cuatomer service... terrible delivery service... i have not received my package!!! I purchased my order on 10/15/2017, the only thing i have today is a open claim without answer with usps and a few emails with dresshead customer service telling me that usps is responsible for the lost package.

Both dresses I ordered looked nothing like the dresses shown in the images provided!

These guys must be paying people to post positive reviews. I bought 3 dresses from them and wanted to send them back, and got one reply from customer service telling me that I'd have to pay shipping and told me their warehoused are in Hong Kong, and that's as close to a return authorization and an address as I've gotten. They're supposed to reply to customer service emails in 5 hrs. 10 or 12 emails and 12 days since they contacted me, I'm still waiting, and no doubt will bedot a long time. Needless to say, I won't ever do business with them again. I've ordered from other Chinese wholesellers without a bit of trouble. Yes the shipping times can be very long, but given the prices you're paying for things you've seen elsewhere for ten times as much, the shipping times aren't so bad. Actually, the non-dresshead company I ordered from got my order to me in under 2 weeks including processing. But that's DEFINITELY NOT dresshead. Don't do nusineds with them. You'll be much happier

I love this website everything is great everyone has to remember it's coming from China so you would have to go up a couple sizes

I contacted this company to return 2 items that did not fit, they responded 1 time. Inviting me buy more clothes. No response after that.
I've sent muliple emails, no response.
Now the time expired to return, so I'm stuck with 2 pair of pants that are 2 sizes too small.
Do not buy from this company.

DressHead is the online shopping app which I have been using for past 2 years. All the products received are in good condition. At times there is delay in delivery. The cost of the products are really low but the quality is fine. The customer care support through email is also good. So far good experience shopping with DressHead.
