I noticed after taking 2 an hour or so before bed I would slowly start to feel more relaxed and I have had some good quality night sleep
I noticed complaints on website however I can honestly say they work for me
I have spent hundreds of pounds on sleep supplements and these are definitely the best I’ve tried and I have tried a lot! I would often wake during the night on other supplements and not be able to get back to sleep but with these I get back to sleep well… many thanks Dremteam
I retired from 30 years of shift work 6 years ago. During that period my sleep has been terrible and I have tried all sorts of "solutions" from meditation to deep breathing to sleep medication and nothing has really seen any significant improvement in sleep quality. I am prepared to try anything so consequently gave these a go. I am a natural sceptic and given some of the reviews here and the fact that I could not find the claimed 15000 reviews I was not holding out too much hope. I am halfway through my first months supply and have seen a major difference in my sleep. I wear a Garmin device which tracks all sorts of sleep metrics. I have gone from an average of 5 hours sleep to 8. I am getting more deep and REM sleep and my HRV has improved. Nothing else about my daily routine has changed so I can only attribute the change to these tablets. Is it a miracle or placebo I don't know or care at the moment. At last I have found something that seems to work. I am so convinced that these are working that I have changed my subscription from 1 pack a month to the 3 month supply (better value). They may not work for everybody but I would say they are definitely worth a try.
Tablets have no effect, not surprised by this as it's a market crowded with false hope but what really annoyed me is that they put me on a subscription without my knowledge so had to lock in to cancel it. Underhand behaviour. I told them what I thought, got no reply.
I bought these tablets. Beware. I couldn't wake up the next morning. Felt like a zombie all day. Didn't drive because I was dizzy and spaced out. I wouldn't advise. They are lucky with 1 star !
Lucky I did get my money back. But I paid the postage
No information about the third party testing included on their website. Tried emailing them to get some info regarding said tests and still no response. I have since asked to get a refund and again, no response. Not impressed. Do not buy!
