I spent over 20000.00 to have a bathroom redone with these people. Suppose to have a lifetime warranty two years in the shower pan starts peeling they came and looked at said it would be taken care they called 6 months ago and they ordered the pan I called and called and no answer just answering machine then I read today on the internet they filed bankruptcy and fired everyone. No one even had the guts to call and tell me. Don’t do business with they aren’t worth your money. The employees were great but the company sucks. Now I’ll pay another company to replace the pan. This was the Boise Idaho store

DreamStyle installed seven replacement windows for us in October 2023. In February 2025, one of the windows started to leak quite badly. We contacted DreamStyle who sent a technician. He took lots of photos of the damage and accepted that there was a problem with the installation. He said that he would refer the matter to his manager, Anthony, who would be in contact with us to agree a way forward. Nothing happened, despite our attempts.
We understand that private equity bought the business in 2024. Enough said.

Scott and Dakota were on time, professional, friendly, and basically worked till they dropped. They finished our tub to shower conversion in 2 days. Along the way they were diligent in asking where we wanted shelves, grab bar, height of shower heads and curtain rod. Our existing tile was challenging to remove but they persevered. Great experience with this company.

Don't sign Completed Until Everything is done. Installation went well except they did not have 2 hangers but said they would get them installed in a couple of weeks. I have called the Concierge number 5 times and still no response. There other choices for bath remodeling. Unable to reach original sales person or installation team

Was told that the new shower head and plumbing would be upgraded, instead it is a very bottom of the line not near what they took out, have called several times, The answer is I have to fix it myself. I don't recommend this out fit.

This project started on Jan. 6th and Dreamstyle caused damage to my bedroom wall and carpet. The project mgr and worker said it would be repaired. I was told that the color would be matched and the wall would be repaired by both the worker and the project mgr. The carpet was damaged also by Dreamstyle. Fast forward over a month later to Feb. 14th-The worker finished the job without properly repairing/repainting the bedroom wall they damaged and the carpet which they denied damaging after the fact and left me with a mess. The only time I heard from the project manager was after I complained ton the corporate office. Also, I was told someone would be out to inspect the job which never happened.
Regardless of what it says in the fine print of the contract, the project manager refused to make this right and address the damage they caused. It would not have cost them very much to paint the damaged wall and clean the carpet in my bedroom.
Meanwhile, I have received at least 2 advertisements from Dreamstyle in the mail in the last month and would not recommend them to the several people in my townhouse complex of 650 units in Westlake Village that have asked me about this bathroom remodel. I expect that Dreamstyle makes this right and deducts the attached estimate from my painter to repair and repaint 1 wall and also the amount it would cost to clean the carpet stain they caused in my bedroom and later denied causing it.

Under the guise of Jacuzzi? Charged excessively$$ (23K) for a bathR remodel. Please read your contract! In Texas there is a 3 day cancellation period to cancel. Federal Holidays like Presidents Day do not count. The sales rep must state this verbally - he did not, although there was a place were I was to sign electronically acknowledging it. Per cancellation policy - I sent a dtd certified mail, a telegram, and called them to cancel. The telephone rep was cooperative at least. Sales rep provided no itemized cost breakdown like labor and parts. The sales rep spent a half hour with costing but no details. At the end they pretend to give you a huge discount but it really isn't. That's how you're pressured to sign that day. Get a second estimation and you may deal with a couple of contractors but its worth it. Good Luck!

Tom, Robbie, Jason and especially Fernando are horrible when it comes to customer service and satisfaction, they kept cancelling my appointments to get my door handle replaced after 3 months trying. Lifetime warranty is not true. After the sale if you need repairers or replacements good luck on getting them back to do the work. Fernando is the rudest associate I have encountered.DO NOT GO WITH DREANSTYLE. You will be very dissatisfied. Dream style is more like Nightmare style. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I would Not even give them star if I could. They are just awful, our experience with them was a complete nightmare of damage to our flooring and having them charge for items they never installed. It gets worse from there, they billed for multiple items that were never installed and charged for them anyway. Even after we showed them through pictures that this was never completed, they took it to court to collect on items they never installed. They had a judge sign on billing that was fraudulent, since we were not in court to defend our case and show the judge our evidence. We were never physically served to appear in court, they advertised the court date in the newspaper, crazy, and this is legal? Who reads the newspaper anymore, that is interesting isn’t it, who has the advantage here. Horrible company. Please be aware of your consumer rights, they can be reported to the state contractor board for violations

On June 14 I had my shower replaced by Brandon Chavez and Michael Robles . They were professional. They kept me informed as to when water would be turned off and put back on. Their work was great. I am pleased with what my new shower looks like.

We had Eduardo and Raul install our new shower yesterday. They did a wonderful job and were very professional and courteous. They totally cleaned everything up and made sure to show us how everything works. It's beautiful and so glad we went with Dreamstyle.

We ordered a new dooublew door leading our to our patio because the old one was letting in the cold or heat, depending on the season. Dreamstyle delivered it and installed it very efficiently, no cold air getting in, and no mess left behind. The installers Billy and Alan were GREAT. The arrived early, covered all the areas that could get messy, and took out the old door. They installed the new door carefully and efficiently. It looks GREAT and NO COLD air is getting in! Thank you Billy & Alan and Dereamstyle!

The entire project of installing a new shower in my home was completed in an excellent manner by Mr. Scott Eads and Mr. Noah Greenwald.
