Placed an order on 4/10/2023.
Order finally arrived on 23/10/2023.Looks like it had been all over the place.No updates on progress of order unless I contacted them.
Order arrived shoes way too small even though I used their measuring guide.
Trying to arrange refund,offered 40%voucher on next purchase or 30% refund and keep shoes!!
Then told to wait 7-14 days before arranging refund.What sort of company is this,treating customers like this,taking your money but trying all ways not too give a refund.Won’t ever deal with these again!!!

Black PU Mid-Calf Boots
I love that these boots don't need to be treated or prepped for outdoor wear. There is a nice rounded toe, but the profile of the boot is sleek. The material is good quality, as is the zipper. They go on easily and don't grab at the heel cup when walking. I ordered a 1/2 size up for thick sock room, and I am glad that I did. They are true to size. One more note, they are waterproof for rainy days and cozy enough for wintry ones. I give these boots a perfect 10!

Great comfort
My experience with Dream Pairs was outstanding, they kept me informed about my product to shipping progress. And my stylish boots were a nice smooth black color.These boots went on smooth;so smooth and easy to put on and take off;the soles were not too hard after wearing for a few days where my feet easily adapted. I like that it doesn't have a high heel, because it makes it more comfortable for long time wear. They are very soft and the zipper makes them easy to put on. Also worth noting, I have a narrow foot and these fit just right so I'm not sure how they would fit on a wider foot. The fit and size is perfect and they compliment any outfit. They look very stylish and I'm loving the smooth black color, they are very comfortable very well made from the fit to the stitching. I highly recommend them...

Comfortable snow boots …
These boots arrived promptly in the mail. Communication absolutely superb on sizing and style.
I opened up the mid calf snow boots and put them on. There is faux fleece lining for warmth, it's a flat very supportive sole for durability. Two buckle straps that can tighten up the boot if needed. The round toe gives ample toe box room for comfort. I can honestly say they are very cushiony and comfortable and I highly recommend the snow boots. This is my third pair of snow boots from Dream Pairs.

Stylish Boots
Loving my new Dream Pairs Boots. I ordered the gray with faux fur they are very comfortable and stylish. These are definitely a great addition to my wardrobe as colder weather draws near. Thanks for making awesome footwear.

I have had pretty great experiences with their shoes. While, unfortunately, the boots were the wrong size, I have had better luck with their pumps, flats, and wedges, the size fitting just fine.
Communication seems to work well most of the time too. Just make sure when looking at boots that go above the ankle, to consider your calf too!

I was so excited to receive my boots and when I did the look of them made me super happy. They have a warm lining inside and the slight platform in the front made them so comfortable and easy to walk in.

No returns label
I ordered shoes which were the wrong size unfortunately. There was no returns label and no way of communicating with anyone as my email requesting a return was ignored as was my message on the online form.
Today I had to pay recorded delivery to send these shoes to an address in Birmingham which was provided at the bottom of the confirmation email. No idea if this is the correct address but I've done my best.
At least I have provided my contact details should this be the wrong returns address. But quite frankly, Dream Pairs should sort this out as they know where to send returns to unlike me.

Avoid!! Wrong sizes and no refunds!
Avoid this company! I wish I had read reviews here first. It's impossible to leave a negative review on their own website (server 'busy'...), and they don't say that their shoe sizes run small. I bought UK size 9 which was more like UK 7, and after paying £6.44 delivery I then had to return them at my own expense. I sent them as 'signed-for' and provided the tracking receipt, but never received the refund. To my surprise, Royal Mail just returned the parcel as undeliverable. DreamPairs confirmed they had moved offices in July and are asking to return the shoes again, at my expense, before they are willing to refund my previous postage or the cost of shoes. The only compensation they are offering is an apology. I live far from the post office and it's already cost me £12 in postage, as well as the £50 for shoes I can't wear, but the company is not accepting any responsibility for the wrong sizing, and won't refund me until I have returned the shoes for the second time. Needless to say, I have no trust that they will refund me after I spend yet more money on returning them. I've been really taken aback and infuriated by their brazen lack of any customer service and the standard responses ("we hope you consider this fair"), when their approach is clearly to wear customers down until they drop the case. They are absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.

We did not move the return warehouse without notifying customers. Our current return address remains the original address. According to our investigation, your package was returned because the warehouse did not meet the Royal Mail deadline when receiving the returned package, and your package was proactively returned to the sender by Royal Mail.
We have contacted the customer to inform them of the reason why the package may have been returned. And for this situation, compensation measures are provided.
The option we offered is to cover the returned shipping fee if you return the item again. A full refund will be issued once the product has been received at our facility and inspected.
If our customers are unwilling to return items again, we will actively seek other solutions.
