Drains24 - Expert Drainage Unblocking and Cleaning Recensioni

Work undertaken on a Sat morning to coincide with company opening hours . Knowledgeable and helpful guys would recommend.

Excellent, Oliver was especially helpful 😁

We had a blockage in our waste drain, which was causing a large leak in the downstairs of our newly-purchased home. Within minutes of arriving, Oliver had not only cleared the blockage, but also identified a more serious potential long-term problem. After clearly explaining our options, and clearly stating how much each would be, he was happy to go with our decision and ensure we would avoid that potential major problem. Within 3 days of first getting in touch, Drains 24 had not only solved the immediate issue, but prevented us having a expensive issue to deal with long term. I would highly recommend them to anyone with issues with their drains.

Lon definitely knows what’s he’s doing in the drainage game sorted out my blocked drains clean tidy and efficient from start to finish. He even repaired some paving for me whilst he was here. Fantastic work definitely recommend

Fantastic service. Unfortunately had to call them out on Christmas Day to unblock our drain, and they were here within 20 minutes and finished the job efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Oliver was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and polite and punctual. He spent time talking us through our drains issue and then got to work to sort out the blockage. He left everything clean and tidy when he left. Would recommend!

Couldn’t recommend this company enough . Made a phone call and came and sorted my problem straight away . Explained what they were doing thoroughly and was so genuine and honest

Excellent response time to an urgent situation. Charming and professional on-site engineers. Well played.

From start to finish Drains 24 did a great job. Being a single lady and having just moved into a new area I was a bit worried about the blockage in my shower and didn’t know who to call.
Olly was great. Very professional, arrived on time, found the problem and sorted it out.!! Very reasonable price too. I would definitely recommend.

We had a problem with our shower backing up with water from our washing machine, sink and toilet initially. The problem escalated into raw sewage from other flats backing up also. With a call to Drains24 he was here the same day to resolve the issue, which only took a couple of hours to resolve. To us it was a miracle as this issue caused so much stress. It wasn't just a great service provided, but a great communicator and friendly bloke. Couldn't recommend enough!

We had an emergency drain blockage in New Milton on a block of 4 flats, Drains24 were contacted during the night and in no time an engineer was assigned and he made contact with me.
He attended the property within no time, and accessed the flats and did his best to unblock, but the problem was within the main drain hole within a commercial property under the flats.
We agreed to meet next day (Sunday) at 08:00 in order to review.
Oliver the engineer was on time, he was courteous, professional and explained in details what could be the cause.
He assessed all possible areas, inspecting the flats and at all time keep my informed.
Eventually the cause was identified and the problem was cleared promptly.
He and his colleague were the most courteous and professional team I have ever engaged with.
Once the the drains were cleared, they tidied up the areas, cleaned them and ensure all systems were working as they should.
Even his van was clean and tidy, the equipment were as new and comprehensive, cameras, jet wash pipes tools all were of high standard.
I am so blessed and lucky we contacted Drains 24 and having Oliver and his colleague to resolve what would have been a catastrophe.
Thank you Oliver from all the tenants and me.

Great service, friendly and professional team, would use again.

Polite and efficient from the first call to the on-site visit. I could not recommend Drains 24 Ltd more highly. Respectful of my property and fixed my issue quickly keeping me completely updated at all stages. Would definitely use again
