Absolutely professional and highly recommended drain sorted in no time

Great work done and all left clean, neat and tidy.

Blocked drain - disaster!! Rang Drain Doctor for help and they sent an engineer within 2 hours. The engineer was very helpful, explained everything and was soon at work lifting man hole covers and pressure washing the drains. Once completed and the blockage cleared each drain was thoroughly checked by camera and left perfectly clean.. Excellent service- thoroughly recommended.

Pleasant and hard working engineer. Lee did his best to sort the situation for us despite the fact that non of our issues seem to be very straightforward.

Absolutely fantastic service!
Called on Christmas Eve and had an engineer called Lee out to me in the afternoon. He quickly assessed the situation and sorted it out professionally and efficiently. Very polite and fantastic customer service all round!

I was particularly impressed by Helen the lady in the office who kept me informed of the arrangements. The engineer who fixed the problem talked me through every aspect of what had caused the blockage and how he had cleared it and I was sent a report of the work, complete with photographs which showed what he had done. Excellent service.

Lee did a first class job, from finding the route of a foul smelling dead end drain to fixing it without a hitch.
Then on top of that, going the extra mile and finding another one we never even knew about!! He sorted it with a quick and easy fix which gave us great re-assurance. Many thanks for everything, David and Angela.

Service arranged promptly, serviceman arrived when promised. Very thorough service, time taken to explain the problems and solutions and given a real-time video tour through the drains after they were unblocked and cleaned out. Reasonable price as well.

We emailed Drain Doctor York yesterday morning with an issue in our kitchen sink and drainage that was causing minor flooding. They responded within 1 hour. Were at the house that afternoon. 2 hours work, no messing about and all fixed. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Engineer was amazing and very professional. Thanks.

Top lad that came to fix our blockage. On the same day too. Nice and friendly and professional and able to advise further to stop future blockages. Came back to descale the pipe and root cut where necessary. Top lad top job. Would and have already recommended this service. Cheers
