Jack came out within hours and was so polite and professional. He worked quickly and yet very thoroughly to clear the drain.
Payment was quick and easy. I will keep their contact details and won't hesitate to call again or refer them to others!

Website easy to use to register our requirement and then responded very quickly to our urgent need. Within less than 24 hours a drain doctor professional has arrived and. One hour later the blocked drain was completely cleared and surveyed all work carried to our complete satisfaction.

In our pub, the toilets started backing up late in the evening, a sure sign of a blocked drain somewher. I've used Drain Doctor before. They have 24 hour telephone lines, and the receptionist was very helpful and arranged service for Saturday morning. They kept me informed of when they would be arriving, and came on time. The serviceman was very helpful and friendly, and made sure that the whole system was inspected and serviced and was in good working order before leaving. I highly recommend Drain Doctor - they are great at what they do!

Professional and polite. Everything thing clearly explained. Quote agreed up front with high and low values. Multiple trips out to assess what needed doing. Had a wait for the repairs to take place but it is worth waiting for quality.

Second time I’ve used Drain Doctor. This time it was Dr. Lee who came round to fit a rat flap in my sewage pipe. Really professional and competent chap. The manhole cover is partially obstructed by a concrete fence slab which he helped me manoeuvre out of the way. They’re my go-to guys for anything drain related now. New stainless steel rat flap fitted for £220 including VAT. Thank Doc!

Fast and efficient

A great experience all round. Great communications. Work was booked easily. Despite a problem accessing the drain, the team came back at a later date at no extra charge.
