This company is Not available 24/7, 365. Booked to visit Friday pm. Telephoned 3pm on Friday to inform us that no one available until Monday am.

Drain Doctor came out to me on the day I rang as an Emergency call out. Katie was excellent, she located the problem within the drain very quickly and told me what my options were to fix the issue. She explained what she was doing and talked me through the process. A big thank you Katie.

Excellent service. Came out same day, quoted for the problem and would have done same day fix but I pushed out to following day, turned up as planned and did exactly what they said. Both engineers were very nice and explained what they were doing and went through it before they left and left the place tidy. Would definitely use again.
