Had a slow draining kitchen gully. Exact time that was arranged, Scott arrived (cannot say that for most trades!). Soon realised that the blockage was further down the line - but no obvious manhole. He suggested it was buried under the patio and pointed out the spot he expected it to be. He offered a quote to return and lift the blocks and clear the drain, but to his credit suggested that I should give it a go and give him a call back if there was any problems getting it cleared. Got it cleared that evening - he was spot on with the location. Most companies would have spun a few stories to make you accept a larger quote - but fair play to Scott for lending the advice (free of charge) and quality advice as well. Highly recommended Drain Doctors - great to see a company with no call out fee and happy to provide advice to people and save them a large wedge as well! And thanks to Scott - wish you well

Jake could not have been more helpful. He was patient, efficient and thorough. The problem (a blocked drain) has been completely fixed. Jake explained what he was doing and how things were going and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. A great job - thank you very much.

The job was done excellent by Scott and Jake (Reading division). We got unusual issue (lost wallet). They found it! They were really professional with a very good attitude. Brilliant customer service - Scott arrived when he said he would and was really kind and patient, making sure he answered all my questions and I understood what he was doing / finding with my issue. He was also really tidy with his work, he had to remove part of my cupboard and cleaned everything up - you'd never have known he was there. He clearly let me know what my options were and made quick work of what he was able to do on the day. I'm so happy with the service and I'd definitely use Drain Doctor again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Quick response to emergency call on a Sunday night. Needed to involve Thames Water and was given helpful advice about that which proved invaluable. Kept up to date throughout the process and the final fix was done exactly when they said it would be. A really good experience with pleasant helpful people.

Fast response to my initial request, booked in quickly. We then had a visit from the very friendly Scott. He knows his stuff, very informative, positive guy that took a look at the problem and solved it for us. Gave some additional aftercare comments around the pipe work as well. Would use again, would highly recommend.

We needed emergency works completed on two manholes on our driveway following damage caused by a lorry. Scott was on site within an hour and got to work straight away. The finished work was to a very high standard and his customer service is second to none. I’d have no hesitation recommending Scott and Drain Doctor to anyone requiring similar services.

This is the second time I have used Ricardo Kons with Draindoctor. He is always informative and tackles almost any problem. His prices are competitive and responds promtly.
In this case I had a cracked and leaking clay soil pipe which I thought would require digging up the kitchen floor. However, Draindoctor managed to install an internal resin sleeve which permanently sealed the pipe.
Great result and relieved the problem is solved.

A blocked drain turned out to be the result of many years build up. This was cleared quickly and thoroughly. Would not hesitate to use again, but should not need to after their good work.

Firstly I want to say Ricardo and Scott were amazing iv been waiting 7 months for my toilet to be fixed and had a cowboy company previously "fix it" which they didn't .both Ricardo and Scott explained to me the issues and the job was done so quickly and efficiently it totally made my day .polite respectful and very professional company ...highly recommend these guys ...thank you .

Scott from drain doctor came to my house this morning to sort out a rather hideous block in the drains. He was fabulous hugely knowledgeable, calm, pragmatic . The problem turned out to be the responsibility of the water company so he spoke to them on my behalf to relay the problem and ensured they had all the necessary information to resolve. A longterm troublesome kitchen drain serving 2 sinks and dishwasher: despite home rodding every few months it was always blocking up. Ricardo advised camera inspection, Scott attended and identified an elusive fatberg hiding around a tight bend. The berg was cut out in pieces and carefully extracted with no mess or further disturbance. Scott also surveyed adjacent drains and gave helpful advice about how to avoid problems in the future. What more could you ask? One simple straightforward good value charge no extras

Broken collar from waste pipe to sewage pipe. Contacted Drain Doctor online Thurs Ricardo called back same day. Scott arrived next day for a look. Appointment made for following Wednesday. Scott arrived on time, got on with job, nothing was too much trouble. Ground cleared and cemented, cleaned up after himself. Excellent job very satisfied would recommend 100%
