Top Class Excellent Service - Job was completed with total commitment from the engineers who went above and beyond to make sure the job was done and I was overjoyed with the result, They are a credit to the industry. If you have a drain issue just call Drain Doctor.

When I called Drain Doctor Oxford my call was answered promptly and an appointment made for the following day which was ideal for me. Sam phoned me the next day to confirm that he was on his way and would arrive 30 minutes later. Sam and Mark arrived promptly and were extremely pleasant, respectful, and professional throughout their visit. They rapidly established that the smell from my drain was not a blockage, as I had thought, but due to the shower not having been used for several months. Sam ran water through it and fixed the problem within a couple of minutes. They explained clearly what the problem had been and refused payment saying they didn't charge call out fees. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I will use them in future whenever I need drain or plumbing services. A top class firm.

I was contacted by their customer services and they were very friendly and clear. I was visited by Sam who was very helpful, explained exactly what he would do/try and the cost, all before doing anything. He was also very informative with my questions too.

The customer service is very good. I phoned up, spoke to a real person(!) who was very friendly and helpful. An appt was booked in for the same afternoon. The engineer, Sam, phoned when he was on his way with approximate arrival time. He was very good at listening to all the information that I gave him (which was a lot!) and he was constructive in his responses and possible solutions. Sam was friendly and easy to talk to. I would use the DrainDoctor again.

James called before arrival and arrived when he said he would. Fixed the issue quickly. Was professional and polite. Explained the issue and provided some preventative advice.

On this occasion Drain Doctor carried out drain repairs that had been identified by a CCTV survey.
The engineers, Sam and Karel, arrived early and got straight to work.
Both were friendly and helpful.
They carried out the extensive works with no impact on our activities inside the house.
Sam and Karel finished up by leaving the property neat and tidy as it was before the works.
With Drain Doctor an appointment request is always replied to right away and an engineer call out is scheduled quickly.
I highly recommend Drain Doctor.

Landlords beware: This company tried to add another £100 on to my bill claiming because I rent out my house to tenants that it is a commercial property not a domestic property. However a domestic property definition is one that people live in (whether owned or rented). We couldn’t agree a price and they left, wasting their time and mine. Found another company who did a great job for £200 less than they quoted.

After dropping my car keys down a storm drain (with 2 kids in the unlocked car) I called Jon and he immediately offered to help. Jon and Sam made a potentially very stressful situation into an everyday hero experience by coming within the hour and retrieving the keys (that still worked by the way!) and I will be eternally grateful to them both- thank you so much. I can’t recommend Drain Doctor Oxford enough, impeccable service.

Within 2 hours of my initial call an engineer was on his way to unblock my kitchen sink waste, the engineer phoned us directly and informed us of his time of arrival.
