Thanks John for a great service

Great service and resolved the issue quickly. Will use again.

Easy to arrange the call out. Attended to the job as thoroughly as possible. Good at explaining what the findings were. Left everything very tidy afterwards.

Really pleased with the service from drain doctor.

Mark from the Oxford branch came to sort out a foul water smell from my downstairs toilet which had been persistent for a long time.
The access to the drains were behind boxing some of which had to be removed. having gained access the fault, a block u bend, was found with a camera and the drain jetted and cleared.
The whole service was professionally dealt with. Well done Mark.

Great service. Drains unblocked within 3h of first call. Karel was really efficient and professional. Thanks!

Great service, advised I didn't need the more expensive survey I'd paid for and gave me the result I wanted at a lower cost that was fair for the "look and see" I needed. Very good explanations of layout and potential issues.

Very professional service for a difficult soil blockage in a residential drain stack.
Kept to times we agreed with the office - polite and respecful operator doing the job.
All drains in the house were checked with a camera to ensure the house had all drain runs clear.
Not used this service before - but this job needed the specialists and I would highly recommend this company.

Quick to respond and very helpful service and advice from Mark. Very proficient and tidy and respected the workspace.

Blocked soakaway, came out immediately, clear quotation and work completed without fuss.

Top Class Excellent Service - Job was completed with total commitment from the engineers who went above and beyond to make sure the job was done and I was overjoyed with the result, They are a credit to the industry. If you have a drain issue just call Drain Doctor.

When I called Drain Doctor Oxford my call was answered promptly and an appointment made for the following day which was ideal for me. Sam phoned me the next day to confirm that he was on his way and would arrive 30 minutes later. Sam and Mark arrived promptly and were extremely pleasant, respectful, and professional throughout their visit. They rapidly established that the smell from my drain was not a blockage, as I had thought, but due to the shower not having been used for several months. Sam ran water through it and fixed the problem within a couple of minutes. They explained clearly what the problem had been and refused payment saying they didn't charge call out fees. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I will use them in future whenever I need drain or plumbing services. A top class firm.

I was contacted by their customer services and they were very friendly and clear. I was visited by Sam who was very helpful, explained exactly what he would do/try and the cost, all before doing anything. He was also very informative with my questions too.

The customer service is very good. I phoned up, spoke to a real person(!) who was very friendly and helpful. An appt was booked in for the same afternoon. The engineer, Sam, phoned when he was on his way with approximate arrival time. He was very good at listening to all the information that I gave him (which was a lot!) and he was constructive in his responses and possible solutions. Sam was friendly and easy to talk to. I would use the DrainDoctor again.

James called before arrival and arrived when he said he would. Fixed the issue quickly. Was professional and polite. Explained the issue and provided some preventative advice.
