Drain Doctor - North West Recensioni

Excellent and prompt service. Problem solved with clear explanations and pricing.

I feel I was misinformed by the Drain Doctor technician, which resulted me paying for a service which should have been handled by United Utilities for free.

Jack was friendly, professional and did the job with minimal fuss, clearing out all we needed. Great to work with him.

Never turned up to a meeting one property, couldnt give a time to return again.
Come to another, gave a price, but didnt say what they would do for it. Really shoddy outfit from their North West office

On contacting Drain Doctor NW online with our problem they got back to us very quickly with a response and came to the property the next day at the time given.
Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He sorted the problem and using the camera and diagnostic tools was able to tell us what had caused the problem and what the next steps were.
He returned a couple of days later with the appropriate equipment and completed the job.
We would not hesitate to recommend this company for their friendly, efficient and thorough workmanship.

Phoned drain doctor to come look at a blocked toilet. The gentleman asked a few questions (IE does it happen often, what have I tried to unblock etc).

He then gave me 2 quotes, as would depend on the seriousness of the blockage and if it was a 2 man job or not.

He was really upfront with what the potential issues would be and the cost for each (it was the cheaper option in the end).

He also told me what was done, how he had tested it was working and how to prevent in the future.

Very quick response, less than an hour from initial call to someone arriving, even though I didn't describe it as an emergency.
They were efficient and knowledgeable and did a job that I couldn't have done as a DIYer.
A shocking amount of money for an hour and a half of work unclogging a drain with a jet hose, but I don't know if it is more than other companies charge. In the end, I was happy to have the drain unblocked and was fortunate enough to be able to afford it and they seemed like a good company.

Amazing work! After an ongoing problem continuing for over 10 years, including sewage spilling on our driveway and United utilities claiming that the responsibility is our as on property boundaries, the engineer from Drains doctor ran a CCTV camera and found the issue to be well away out of boundaries. He was very polite, informative, hard working and explained in detail the situation to UU.
Im very greatful for the work he did
Hopefully this will put an end to my long term drainage nightmare.
Highly recommended.
Thank you!

Very prompt attendance. Diagnosed the problem immediately and rectified the problem. He was very friendly and professional.

In addition he found a crack in the drain which could cause a major problem. He explained what he could do to prevent it happening. It was expensive to do it but at no time did he push me to have it done. Just advised and showed me the problem and I told him to go ahead.

Excellent and prompt service. Was out to our business same day to sort our issue. The technician was professional and friendly. Drain Doctor will be our first call going forward.

Quick and efficient.
Straight talking and very helpful.
Thank you.

Came within a few hours, the man was so lovely fixed my issue couldn’t be more pleased with them, thanks again

Everything was fixed and he explained everything clearly for me. Made sure I was getting the right work done especially since the first call out was on New Year’s Day

Panic, drains blocked on New Years Eve. I googled and found what I thought was a localish company. I expected an answerphone and was a bit concerned when I realised that in spite of dialling a local number I was speaking to an office, in Blackpool, nearly 100 miles away. The lady I spoke to assured me someone would come out to us in the morning. I spent the night panicking and imagining floors being pulled up to sort the issue.
Our first footer on New Year’s Day was Peter the drain doctor. Professional, efficient and an all round lovely chap. He identified the problem and sorted. Phew!! Cost was reasonable given the distance he travelled and New Year’s Day

Technician went out of his way to find the source of the problem with the drains and to provide all the options for managing the blockage.

I can’t praise this company enough Boxing Day visitors in my air b&b, drain blocked so no toilets and I was going on holiday in two hours Jamie was there in one!!

Honest, down to earth and friendly. Would definitely recommend

Came on time, very efficient, very friendly, chatty and he solved the problem

Quick response to a quite tricky drainage problem was much appreciated. Sid soon identified the problem and dealt with it expertly. He was very friendly and explained everything as he worked. Great service!
