Drain Doctor - North West Recensioni

Brilliant service. I’d recommend Drain Doctor to my friends and family. Arrived within a few hours of my original call. The engineer was super helpful and advised on best action that didn’t hurt my wallet too much. Thank you.

Fantastic Service
Two men turned up within 30 minutes of me making a phone call. Excellent and funny to chat to they just cracked on with the job. Lifting giant stone covers no problem. They identified a blockage quickly and efficiently and started sorting it. Very satisfied with the results as we now have a free flowing functional septic tank. Would thoroughly recommend this company. Very professional.

The team were super helpful, they had someone out to us within a couple of hours. They were so thorough, going above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved and our drainage system worked perfectly again, even though it was a much tougher job than expected.

Both Techs were very nice, resolved the issue quickly and made sure that I was happy with the work before worrying about any payment at all. Very professional, I would highly recommend. I believe one was named Jack, I'm not sure I got the other man's name.

Really friendly staff, lots of subject knowledge and professional work. Great contact and customer service experience and even better in person at my property. Mark was top notch!

Really positive experience - came out within 24 hours and cleared the blockage within 30 minutes. Technician was really helpful and explained both the process and the issue thoroughly

Drain Doctors were quick, professional, friendly and did a good job.
Engineer Philip Walsh was investigating an issue at the house next door to mine when I asked him about the same issue possibly arising at my house. He was friendly and helpful, and when he finished next door had a quick informal look (without charge) at the drain I was concerned about. He clearly knew his trade very well, immediately found what was wrong, and gave me the office phone number so that (while he was still packing up) I was able to arrange for him to return and deal with my issue the very next day when he came back to carry out the work needed next door.
The office staff were equally efficient and helpful, making the booking straight away, confirming the price, and then phoning as soon as the work was completed so that I could make payment. An excellent service!

The company were professional to the extreme. Phoned in the morning explained we had a collapsed drain. They sent Phil to come and confirm. The very next day by mid morning the drain had been sleeved and was functioning normally.
Would recommend to EVERYBODY.

I called Drain Doctor due to a drain blockage. The communication via phone was effective and kept me informed about the timing of the technicians visit. The technician attended my property within 24 hours, cleared the blockage, and conducted a survey of the pipework to identify any potential issues.

Turned up ..did the job..no fuss and polite!

Arrived quickly and on time, did a great job sorting our blocked drain out and showed the clear pipes on the fibre optics.

Fast,efficient and friendly service

Great job!
Very quick response to our call out and a very satisfactory result, dealt with by a very friendly gentleman.

Thank you

Excellent service.
Really quick all out time.
Person who visited our property was really friendly & explained everything that needed doing.

I appreciate they came out at short notice and the workman was pleasant enough however 318 pounds for a blocked shower and a twenty minute job (10 of it sat in the van) is an absolute rip off! Will not use again!

Competent and professional service: came when they said they would, did what they said they would and charged what they quoted. Probably a bit expensive, but a welcome change from other companies I approached.

Absolutely lovely guy but couldn’t clear the blockage as the problem was in the main drain. Still got charged £282 for about an hours work and I still have blocked drains.

Contacted on Thursday morning (1/5) regarding a horrible smell at my property. Within 2hrs, Mark arrived and very quickly found the issue and explained everything thoroughly to my partner and myself. Mark said he could return the next morning to carry out the work needed. Sure enough, Mark arrived before 9am and carried out all the work needed. Great service carried out. They will definitely be my first call if I have any future problems.

Peter was an excellent operative. Highly professional but also friendly. He was able to explain, and show on video very clearly what the particular drainage issue was and how we might solve it long-term. We had every confidence in his judgement and went along with his plan of action. Job done to our great satisfaction!

Guy came explained everything and what he would do to sort. He did everything, and explaind it as he was doing it. Problem was sorted quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend these guys
