Really quick response from initial enquiry to drain engineer arriving - within 2 hours.
Problem solved within the hour and everything is back to working as it should. The engineer was lovely and very helpful. Would definitely use again & recommend.

Andrew came out to help us with a blocked outdoor drain in Strathblane less than 24 hours after we placed a call. He quickly diagnosed the fault, gave us a no obligation quote and immediately got to work when we approved it. Work was completed very quickly and the issue was fully resolved. Phoned Drain Doctor as we had issues with our drains. Able to book an appointment immediately and they were able to fix the issue. Quick, professional and reliable. Everything was explained really well and we were kept informed through every stage of the process. Highly satisfied and would recommend.

Was a very quick job, Andrew was nice. Took only a few minutes to complete the job so a flat rate of £204 seemed a lot for a that amount of time.
