Used them for a CCTV drainage survey on a property I was looking to purchase. Despite explaining in detail our concerns and what we wanted they only looked at the drain we weren't concerned about and said they couldn't access the other. Then waited until sending the report days later to tell us that. After sharing my annoyance, I asked for a full refund which they agreed to.

FYI - Dynarod came out and investigated said inaccessible drain and diagnosed the problem. They were faster, cheaper and more friendly.

I had some queries about our underground pipes regarding which bathroom waste was going where and the possibility of moving pipework to a different gulley.
They were very professional on the telephone and sent an engineer round to have a look that day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, answered our queries and having used a camera was able to give a report regarding the condition of the drains.

1. Arrived one hour early. 2 cleared the drain of a large buildup of fat. 3 found an solid object in the pipe which was wedged. 4 with the help of a colleague and rodding from both ends managed to turn it and push it out. It turned out to be a lump of brick. It was four hours work with no extra changes for two instead of one. They cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them.
