Drain Doctor - Fife Recensioni

Called just after 8am and they were on site within two hours! Diagnosed the issues straight away and sorted within minutes. Very honest, helpful and excellent at what they do. I have already asked them to look at another job we have needing done. Lovely guys even talked me through what was causing the issues and what to check for in the future. Highly recommended and will always be my first call! Thank you.

Prompt professional & polite all good in my opinion

Quick and easy booking system. Prompt and courteous service. Would use again

The drain doctor team came out to repair a blocked drain, they were polite, explained what they were doing and cleaned up after the job, highly recommend.

The guys came out, fixed our blockage issue quickly and without any mess. Brilliant. We're a medium sized hotel so they really saved our bacon. Legends.

Excellent service and very efficient. Phoned with our request in the morning and they dealt with this by lunchtime. Would highly recommend.

Great communication. Came quickly and resolved the issue on the day. Thank you so much.

Called in the morning came within a couple of hours, job done with no disturbance to the business. Very professional

Very prompt service from Drain Doctor, friendly and efficient team who sorted issue quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service highly recommend

Arrived exactly as scheduled and ensured issue was completely resolved before leaving. Cost was as quoted

Avoid at all costs. Graham Forbes doesn't take note of what services you need. The operators arrive at the job and ask whats needing done then reveal that they don't have the necessary kit. Second visit wasn't any better and we never received our video recording of our drain. Refused to pay and got invoice cancelled. Graham Forbes is an angry man who thinks its okay to swear at customers.

The team were punctual and on the ball with technical knowledge

great service provider
very easy to contact and always keep in touch with any issues that come up.
Guys are polite and always happy to help

Guys came on time. Graham and Davy carried out a thorough job in attempting to unblock drain. The blockage was finally sourced to outwith my boundary after several attempts to unblock.
Would recommend Drainage Doctors for any drainage needs.

Graham and his team in St Andrews were fantastic. Fast and efficient service and would highly recommend.

A very speedy response to our problem and very nice people

Absolutely brilliant service. Came out on 3 different occasions to make sure they got to the bottom of the problem. Can't thank them enough.

They came on time and sorted out the blocked drain with no problems, they were both informed and carried out the work properly.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Great communication throughout, arrived on time and friendly service during a difficult job. Highly recommend.
