Drain Doctor - Derby Recensioni 

After spending approx half a day trying to unblock a drain gulley with a domestic jet wash with a drain unblocking attachment and drain rods, I realised I needed professional assistance. After searching the internet for local tradesmen I completed an online form for Drain Doctor, whilst visiting a family member in hospital. Richard called me that same evening about 1 hour after completing the form. I discussed my situation with him, and an appointment was arranged for the following afternoon. The following day Richard contacted me to confirm he was on route & 30 mins away. On arrival a survey was carried out to confirm work required and the issue & pricing discussed prior to work being completed. After approximately 30 mins of high pressure jetting the blockage cleared and the overflowing grey smelly water started to disappear.

Contacted them online and they called me back that evening.
Got a plumber round in 2 days. After a short period he diagnosed the issue.
Really easy, and staff were all great to deal with.

Had a blocked drain, Drain Doctor attended and quickly / diligently unblocked, was good service and good value would use again.

What a great experience, having Drain Doctor out. They came out within 24 hours of a blockage (when the company I paid monthly to come out couldn't for 4 more days!) and they provided a quote which was more than fair and cleared the drains there and then.
They diagnosed the issue, provided photos and showed a video to prove what they were saying then advised me on what was needed. I was sent the quote which I agreed to and they were booked in at my earliest convenience.
They were polite, friendly, reassuring about what would happen and cleared up brilliantly at the end.

Recently moved into an older property to find the kitchen sink drain blocked. Chose Drain Doctor (Derby) because of the good reviews and l was not disappointed!
The offending drain was quickly cleared of a large grease accumulation and during this process they found some serious cracks and even a hole in the downward underground pipe. All this was available for me to actually see with the aid of their specialised camera equipment. It was quite scary!

The suggested solution was to insert four quite lengthy glass fibre "sleeves" which are fixed to the inside of the pipe, thus giving structural integrity and negating the possibility of potential drain collapse.
A reasonable quote was given stating it would take one day to complete. Work started a few days later.

The team came up with some real huge problems due to the shape and size of the pipe and some quite big alterations and improvements had to be made . The one day turned into 3 of which two continued well into the evening.
All this time the team remained so pleasant and positive, saying they usually get one in fifty that turns out to be very difficult...but ours was the worst they'd ever seen !
Late on a Friday evening work was completed and we were shown the result using their camera. Everything was perfect!
To their absolute credit, they stuck to their original quote even though l know they likely would have made a loss on this job! Not even accepting extra money we offered - saying it was fine...it was a learning experience.

The team was led by Richard, but most of the work done by Paul and Wayne, assisted by Adam. They worked so hard ( with a smile) and did a fantastic job for which we are so grateful .

I have no hesitation in recommending this company every time. If l could give 10 stars l would.

Arrived at the promised time. Very professional and friendly (Paul?) Explained all procedures to me. Would definitely use this company again and would certainly recommend them.

Great personal service from initial phone call to the end of the work.

Two very knowledgeable and friendly technicians came out on the day that I called. They did an initial inspection and we will move on from there.

Paul . Arrived on time , explained exactly what he was going to do , in terms i could understand . I watched him prepare and do the job which was amazing . He was Very polite and hard working he never stopped. He even put the camara up the sewer to show me the finished article. Would advise any one with a drain problem to use this company. Thanks .

The admin staff were very prompt to answer and return calls. We were booked in for a time to fit around our work commitments which was helpful. Wayne arrived early and he was very professional and friendly. He explained his assessment findings and proceeded to sort out our booked pipe efficiently.
