Drain Doctor - Derby Recensioni

Really efficient & helpful. Jordan turned up on time, fixed our slow draining loo and was gone within half an hour. Third time we have used Drain Doctor, definitely recommend.

Paul was great - very knowledgeable and helped up identify the problem

Very helpful company. Very fast at replying and getting an engineer to me the following day. The engineer Paul was very helpful and quickly diagnosed the issue.

Very pleased with service.

Engineer was friendly, professional and explained the issue. Arrived on time and sorted our issue quickly.

Great survey and inspection, with experienced surveyor !

Nice chap, spent plenty of time to make sure I understood exactly where our problem was, which was where we didn't think there was one, & also investigated where we thought there might be a problem, but there wasn't. Showed me screen on site, got me to take photos, & also got a copy of the images emailed to me.

Paul and Wayne did a great job clearing our blocked drain for us. Two knowledgeable friendly guys who kept up informed all way through the work what they were doing.
Left our property clean and tidy. Hardly knew they had been.
Drain Doctor quoted fair price for the work and although there was a small additional cost as the job proved to be more complicated than originally thought, Paul did inform us of this before carrying out the additional work.
Although I hope I won’t need them again, I would definitely have no hestitation in calling Drain Doctor in the future.
Thanks Guys.

Jordan arrived a couple of hours after I made the call. Jordan had a look at the issue and after trying a couple of things knew where the problem was. After giving me options I went with the long term fix as opposed to the short term fix which he explained thoroughly and communicated back to his office. Not wanting to leave us without a toilet they moved schedules around and he was back first thing the next day to sort it. Thankfully I chose the long term fix as what we discovered when he got to work was horrendous workmanship from whoever the previous owners employed to install and connect the toilet pipe to the main drain. Jordan was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure and also offered great some great advice for the future. His manager was also very supportive when asking for advice on other aspects. Hopefully now a proper job has been done to what the previous property owners left me with I won’t need to, but I 100% would go with them again.

Very efficient, swift update and they are polite.

Brilliant service from a nice chap. A pleasure!

Great job done under awkward circumstances very pleased, thank you 🙏

Jordan returned today to install the patch and camera the complete drainage line, showing a job well done. Fast, efficient and highly professional job, would recommend to anyone with plumbing / drainage issues. Thank you.

Incredibly professional, reliable and no time wasting! Got our jobs done really quickly and explained everything really clearly. Would recommend again, and so good to have a trustworthy tradesman now!

Very obliging, tidy and thorough, I can confidently recommend.

Wayne arrived as planned and was extremely helpful. He identified the problem and even gave me a quick lesson on the workings of my drain system. This was useful as I had no idea what the issue was and having it explained to me was really informative. He was pleasant throughout and cleared up once the job was done. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and would have no hesitation in either using Drain Doctor again or recommending the company to my friends. Well done and thanks.
