The Lady on the phone was really helpful and made the appointment which suited me.
The man who called was very professional and did a really good job. I thought the price was very reasonable considering the work involved

What an absolute joke of a company! I used this company to replace my septic tank and thought they were ok so asked them to come out again to take a look at the pump for me, they came out had a look confirmed I needed a replacement pump and then ghosted me for two years, for me to email them repeatedly to chase a follow up for the replacement of the pump, and now two years later they are chasing me to pay an invoice relating to the job they have ghosted me about. Absolutely laughable. Still need a replacement pump.

Further update- I have tried to be in contact with my local office regarding the terrible experience but they are not replying, so thank you for your response but they are obviously actively ignoring me if you are aware of the contact!

From start to finish Drain Doctor Bradford branch have been fantastic. From the Director Ben, office staff to the Engineers.

Really easy to deal with with no problems. Reasonable pricing and the Engineer explained every step to us.

From booking and customer call back to the expert attending our property was so easy and prompt!
And the issue was sorted without issue, and our expert was just that.
Very impressed with this service and will definitely recommend and use again if needed!

Brilliant company. I phoned late morning and they came in the afternoon. Didn’t take long to find the problem and sort it out. Couldn’t be happier. The problem was explained fully to me and Ben and his colleague were very friendly and polite. Job well done.

Overall an incredible service by Simon, Rowena and Rachel. Simon went above and beyond to do the work even when there were troublesome pipes that couldn’t be reached properly. What was supposed to be a simple fix ended up being a dig but he did the job efficiently and took it all in his stride and was flexible. Communication was excellent.
The only let down was the initial drain survey where the initial engineer didn’t manage to do a full survey due to difficulties on the day but completed a report implying there weren’t issues but there were hard to reach areas. I mentioned this to Rowena who was straight on the case and the survey was done again by Simon and he found the issues and made suggestions for corrective works.
I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the initial survey!
